This is a hybrid creative + production role for someone who's got real charisma , knows how to command a room, and brings elite-level video production, interview, and editing chops to the table. 🎯 What You'll Be Doing: • Shoot 3 clients/day - each shoot averages 2.5-3 hours. • Set up and run entire production solo (2-3 cameras, pro audio, lighting). • Lead on-camera interviews using our 20-page documentary question script. • Give the client the VIP experience - be the face of the brand, give studio tours, set the energy, and keep the shoot smooth and enjoyable. • Conduct a mini photo shoot post-interview. • Edit fast during downtime: reels, trailers, doc storylines, animations, etc. ⚠️ On non-shoot days, we expect you to be fast, focused, and editing high-quality content - think social reels and viral-style documentary clips. 🎥 Must-Have Skills: • Professional, reliable, charismatic - you are the face of the brand when clients fly in. • Experience working with high-profile clients and celebrities. • Run-and-gun videography: set up, light, and run multi-cam interviews solo. • Audio knowledge: boom/lav setup, audio monitoring, syncing. • Strong storytelling and emotional IQ - you know how to pull a narrative out of an interview. • Fast editing style - must match our pace and vibe. • Able to edit reels, social content, and long-form documentary footage. • BONUS: Animation skills, motion graphics, color grading, multi-cam syncing. • EXTRA BONUS: Willing to travel (paid) for shoots and events. 🧠 Must Be: • Obsessed with video, storytelling, and content that hits . • Able to work independently, think ahead, and own the entire shoot process. • Early, never late. A full day is paid at $300 - we have 250 clients waiting to be filmed and are booked till JULY. So plenty of work. • If it's a fit, after 1-4 weeks, you will be full time on $72,000 a year and any gaps (if you have a day with just 1 client for example) you will edit.
