General:
Editor/ Shooter: Edit and Produce our Weekly Video Announcements
Shoot and edit videos as needed - ie. Event coverage, social media videos, event recaps, etc/
Gear Production Manager: Maintain and manage all of our film production equipment and studio spaces.
Production Assistant: Assist with the technical aspects of a video set including professional handling of cameras, confidently rigging lighting, and help create sets in pre-production.
Live Production Directing: Switching and directing camera operators for weekend service experiences.
Assist in producing a variety of videos including promotional pieces for television, promotional videos social media, highlight and behinds the scenes videos.
Assist in filming for live event coverage.

The weekly schedule will include 40-45 hours per week and will be the same every week. The Voice of St. Louis, is looking for a news editor and writer to work in our fast-paced iconic newsroom. As the News Editor, you will write and produce morning drive newscasts, guide enterprise reporting during live news programming and write quick-turn stories in breaking news situations. You will collaborate with the digital team and edit/prepare content to publish across all platforms, including but not limited to social media, on-air programming and the website. The editor is the hub in the newsroom and during morning drive, it's your responsibility to prioritize content based on what is happening in real time.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
* Responsible for content of newscasts from 5a-10a
* Coordinate breaking news/weather coverage
* Ability to continuously update copy and audio throughout shift
