The Gymreapers team is growing and we are looking for an experienced Video Editor to join the Video Production Team. We're searching for a collaborative team member with a passion for engaging content that will inspire while increasing brand and product awareness.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly creative, and a self-starter with a strong work ethic. The main responsibility of this role is to edit our video productions, leveraging your editing skills to craft compelling stories for all platforms, both organic and paid.

Key Responsibilities:
Be a part of the creative and video production team that are tasked with capturing stories that will represent the Gymreapers' brand.
Edit raw materials for all digital content platforms, such as product launches, social videos, studio content.
Source Assets from provided scripts for use in editing video content.
Edit and produce first-rate video for upcoming and ongoing content needs, across both paid and organic channels.
Produce branded assets, product/training videos, social, and more.
Critically assess deadlines, finding creative ways to deliver best-in-class work while meeting business objectives.
Deliver everything from rough cuts to refined edits, including sound mixing, color correction, music selection/VO mixing, and title animations or graphic additions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with the internal marketing and creative teams.
Uphold the Gymreapers' Brand while also innovating on new looks and processes.
Develop an organizational system for video files on the server, optimizing for easy file location and the ability to easily access footage for repurposing.
Assisting in the studio and on location in other production capacities as needed.
Qualifications:
5(+) years of experience editing short and long-form video content for websites, ads, and social media (TikTok, IG, FB, YouTube)
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, etc)
Experience creating text animations, motion graphics, color grading, and sound mixing
Ability to build and maintain a highly organized post workflow and media management organization
Ability to execute specific creative direction, and brand vision, and bring a strong point of view and creative input to the team
Ability to work quickly and efficiently, while under pressure
Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously
Experience in the fitness and/or apparel industry a plus

**Job Summary:**
Sharecare is looking for a talented intern to join our team. We need an exemplary individual who can assist the video team in content organization, as well as working in digital video production from development and casting through edit as needed. The ideal candidate is tech savvy, creative, very organized, and exhibits good communication skills.
The Sharecare Video Team intern will work across video team units to gain a full understanding of video goals and strategies from development to distribution, as well as video library maintenance and backend management. Our goal in this internship is to develop and encourage the intern's hard and soft skills for an ever-changing digital media landscape. The intern should be eager to jump into the world of digital video and learn the ropes of production. This individual will work closely with video producers, video editors and backend managers to guide projects that focus on content in the field of health and wellness.
The Sharecare Video team will ensure daily consistency of workflow and output, along with learning opportunities. This includes daily team update calls (based on eastern time zone), clear assignment breakdowns, and inclusion in meetings or shoots related to internship projects or duties.
**Essential Functions:**
· Support producers and editors in video production (news, editorial, and consumer sales projects)
· Assist with daily uploading of video to Sharecare platforms, including YouTube
· Write consumer-facing video descriptions for Sharecare platforms
· Organize and tag video content in online library and media asset management system
· Maintain and update production documents and programming calendars
**Qualifications:**
· An understanding of digital video, with an appreciation for broadcast and social practices
· Solid working knowledge of trends in digital publishing
· Excellent verbal and written skills
· Familiar with news standards
· An eagle-eyed and efficient approach to video editing is ideal, but not necessary
