Responsibilities
Collaborate with our Director of Production to plan and execute video/photo productions
Serves as videographer/photographer on shoots
Operate cameras, camera gear, lighting, and audio equipment
Occasionally direct on-camera talent including clients and their staff
Edits video footage into a wide range of content including advertising, short-form, educational/training, and client stories
Critical thinking skills, decisive judgement, and ability to work with minimal supervision in a very fast paced environment
Keep up with industry trends and look for ways to improve our production workflows
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience - previous experience working closely with clients is preferred
Willing to travel out of state for productions approximately 5-7 days a month
Understand colorgrading and filming in LOG - Sony camera experience preferred but not required
Understand different file types and formats
Proficient within an NLE program - Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or Davinci Resolve - Davinci preferred but not required
Experience with After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop is a PLUS
Part 107 drone certification is a nice to have but not required
Must be very organized with assets and file management

Assistant Editor
The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of the fundamentals of post production software, including Premiere, After Effects, Media Encoder, Resolve, and/or Photoshop. This is a hybrid position, offering a flexible work environment with a combination of remote and in-office collaboration.

An important part of Futuristic's editorial operations includes the creation and implementation of design and motion graphic elements for its final deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles and the ability to produce engaging animations for various mediums, including video, social media, and digital platforms. They will need to collaborate with the creative and editorial team to conceptualize and develop ideas that support the overall vision of projects. Qualifications
2+ years of generalized post, production, animation, and/or design experience (school courses and extracurriculars may satisfy).

Proven experience in motion graphics and animation (portfolio required).
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

Essential Functions:
* Works with the Capitol reporter to cover state politics for radio news and digital channels. JOB OVERVIEW
The Videographer - Training Content Support at ProSidian Consulting will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of visually engaging and immersive training content for the Air Reserve Personnel Center (ARPC) and Headquarters Readiness and Integration Organization (HQ RIO) within the scope of the Air Force project. This role involves creating dynamic training videos, animations, quizzes, and presentation materials to facilitate effective learning experiences for approximately 7,800 Individual Reserve (IR) Airmen clients, government staff, and stakeholders. The Videographer will collaborate closely with the creative team to translate complex training concepts into compelling visual content.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop visually engaging training modules, animations, quizzes, and presentation materials.
Produce high-quality training videos, including scenario-based content, to effectively convey critical information to diverse audiences.

The Videographer - Training Content Support at ProSidian Consulting will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of visually engaging and immersive training content for the Air Reserve Personnel Center (ARPC) and Headquarters Readiness and Integration Organization (HQ RIO) within the scope of the Air Force project. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Position Overview
To perform radio traffic functions accurately, confidentially, efficiently and to ensure that all commercials and programming are accurately and timely logged in conformance with company procedure and FCC guidelines. Maximize revenue yield from commercial inventory.
Note: Work configurations are subject to change based on business needs and at company discretion.
This position is a remote role that does not require the employee to work at one of our market sites. The applicant must live in one of following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Nevada, North Carolina, Utah, Washington, or Wyoming.
What You Will Do:
Primary job duties will include, but are not limited to:
Prepare daily program logs for one or more radio stations using WideOrbit Traffic Software.
Process sales orders and check orders for accuracy.
Schedule and track commercials for optimum spot placement in order to achieve maximum revenue
Edit Daily logs to maximize revenue and adhere to station directives while fulfilling client expectations.
Work closely with station programmers to verify hourly clocks are accurate and up to date on the program logs.
Create and schedule program formats.
Accurately reconcile and post daily logs. Compare to the as-run billing file against traffic system log.
Collaborate with Sales Management, Account Executives and Sales Support to ensure commercial spots are executed in accordance with contract provisions.
Communicate with Sales Management regarding inventory issues.
Preempt spots and assist with makegoods.
Work closely with the Credit department on cash in advance and credit restricted accounts.
Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience We are Looking For:
Minimum of 3 years Traffic experience.
Minimum of 2 years WideOrbit experience preferred.
VCreative experience preferred.
Knowledge of standard office equipment and Microsoft Office suite of programs.
Comprehension of spoken word format intricacies.
Considerable experience with creating and implementing program formats.
Strong inventory management skills.
Can-do attitude along with a strong ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and professionally with management, sales and advertisers.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual with analytical and quantitative skills capable of independent work and follow-through and working effectively in a team environment.
High level of attention to detail, accuracy and speed.
Work in compliance with Company policies and procedures.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing culture and environment.
Ability to consistently work hours required. Works more when required to meet deadlines including weekends, evenings, etc.
Project an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor.
Maintain positive and cooperative rapport with staff, management and clients.

Physical Demands

Compensation
$23-29/hour. This range is inclusive of multiple job levels. Hourly rate to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to evaluation of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant along with internal equity and alignment with market data.
