Being able to work independently.
Management picks favorites. The atmosphere is comparable to high school behavior. There is little opportunity for advancement within the company.
The medical/health benefits.

The work day was until extremely late. Worked almost 13 hour days.
The salary I got from the job was most definitely my favorite perk of the job.
