Pros of working at VF
Work life balance. Benefits. The people are like family. There's a gym on site, the cafeteria, the location, the employee events offered. The convenience that is offered usually outweighs the negatives in my opinion.
Cons of working at VF
Too political and not enough employment opportunities.
