Duties and Responsibilities:

Cashier Responsibilities:
• Processes customer purchases, performs general cleaning duties, stocks shelves and merchandise displays neatly

• Participates in taking store inventory counts according to guidelines and monitoring inventory for accuracy
• Adheres to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
Stocker Responsibilities:
• Stocks shelves and rotates product properly to guarantee fresh product is available for the customer
• Follows merchandising planograms to create excellently merchandised displays
• Organizes new inventory, removes and breaks down empty boxes
• Operates machinery and follows all safety procedures
Physical Demands:
• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store
• Stocker: Ability to stock merchandise from store receiving to shelving; ability to place product, weighing up to 45 pounds, on shelving at various heights

POSITION SUMMARY:
Sugarbush Resort is seeking a Full-Time Year-Round Facilities Director to oversee all planning, maintenance and staffing for the facilities department at the resort. Maintaining a smoothly operating establishment requires coordination with other departments inside and out of every building. QUALIFICATIONS:
High School graduate with post-secondary trades/vocational training plus 5 years professional trades experience and 5 years' experience at management level in the facilities maintenance area, preferably in a Northeastern environment.
College degree in engineering, resort management or other appropriate discipline may substitute for some professional trade experience.
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of current state of the art technology and creative thoughts on ways to implement improvements is essential.

Locality pay varies by duty location. A fully trained CBP Officer is eligible for up to $45,000 in overtime pay in addition to the starting salary. Grade level eligibility and salaries vary depending upon background, including experience and education, and duty location of the opportunity. This is a career ladder position with a grade level progression of GS-5, GS-7, GS-9, GS-11, and GS-12. You will be eligible for a promotion to the next higher grade level (without re-applying) once you successfully complete 52 weeks in each grade level. Promotions are at the discretion of the agency.
Officers are eligible to select from an array of federal employment benefits that include health, dental and other insurance plans, a generous annual and sick leave program, and participation in the Thrift Savings Plan, a retirement plan akin to a traditional and ROTH 401(k) offering.
