    The Manager of Human Resources (HR) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including HR compliance, employee development, engagement, performance management, and leave of absence management. The Manager of Human Resources (HR) will lead two HR Generalists and work closely with leadership to foster a high-performance, people-first culture where employees feel valued and supported in their professional growth. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Human Resources. Key Responsibilities HR Compliance, Policy Management, & Leave Management Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, LOA, State PFL). Develop, maintain, and communicate HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Conduct HR audits and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure compliance. Oversee employee relations and workplace investigations, ensuring fair and legal resolution of issues. Collaborate with Legal and Compliance departments as needed and manage the Annual Compliance process. Advise leadership on HR compliance and risk management. Oversee leave of absence management, including compliance with FMLA, ADA, and other applicable leave policies. Employee Development, Relations, & Engagement Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and retention. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth by supporting career development opportunities. Implement performance management strategies, including goal-setting, coaching, and feedback programs. Assist leadership with annual employee performance review process. Measure and analyze employee engagement survey results to drive workplace improvements. Manage employee programs, including rewards and recognition initiatives, to enhance job satisfaction and retention. Handle terminations and post-termination processes, including DOL communication, unemployment claims, and exit interviews. Support talent acquisition efforts, ensuring a strong employer brand and candidate experience. Utilize HR analytics and workforce metrics to measure effectiveness and inform decision-making. Requirements Education & Experience: 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in an HR leadership or management role. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Strong experience in HR compliance, employee development, engagement, workforce planning, and leave management. Healthcare experience preferred. HR certification preferred (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar). Experience managing HR functions and leading HR initiatives. Experience supporting HR functions in a multi-state environment. Skills & Competencies: Deep knowledge of employment laws, workforce planning, employee engagement strategies, and leave of absence management. Strong leadership, coaching, and team collaboration skills. Excellent documentation and organizational skills to ensure clear and compliant HR records. Ability to manage multiple HR functions and prioritize competing demands. Analytical mindset with the ability to use HR data and metrics for decision-making Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and partner with leadership.     Reporting to the SVP of Finance, the Director of Accounting will play a critical role in performing and overseeing all aspects of financial operations including, but not limited to, managing monthly close including the creation of schedules and determination of entries, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all accounting processes, maintaining compliance with GAAP and any applicable healthcare regulations, and setting/overseeing internal financial policies. This role will be responsible for all core accounting functions including client invoicing, revenue calculation, vendor and provider payment administration, monthly financial entries and accruals, account reconciliations, audit/tax management, and other financial operations within a fast-paced Healthcare IT environment. The ideal candidate will have a CPA, at least 10 years progressive accounting roles in completing and overseeing monthly close processes, supporting financial audits and external valuations, interacting with external tax firms and agencies, and reporting financial results and variances to management. Experience in managed care, health plan or healthcare vendor/provider organizations is preferred. Must enjoy being a working leader and hands on in a very fast paced environment with multiple competing demands and frequent change. Responsibilities Financial Management & Reporting Oversee and perform general ledger accounting, month-end and year-end close processes. Manage and perform financial transactions related to provider incentives, reimbursements, client invoicing, and revenue recognition. Ensure monthly account reconciliations are performed timely and supporting schedules are accurate and complete. They care for patients who have been stabilized from intensive care but still require higher levels of monitoring and medical interventions, often managing complex medical conditions such as cardiac, respiratory, or neurological issues. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care to patients in the PCU Stepdown unit, including monitoring and managing complex medical conditions such as post-surgical recovery, cardiac conditions, and respiratory distress. Assess patients' conditions, implement and evaluate individualized care plans, and adjust care as needed to meet patients' evolving needs. Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to medical protocols. Monitor patients for signs of deterioration and respond quickly to medical emergencies, escalating care as necessary. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and adjust treatment plans based on patient needs. Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies, promoting patient independence and recovery. Document patient assessments, care provided, and responses to treatments in accordance with established protocols and regulations. Participate in the care planning process, ensuring patients receive optimal care and achieve desired outcomes. Monitor vital signs, maintain accurate patient records, and ensure all clinical documentation is completed and updated. Provide guidance and supervision to other nursing staff, including Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Ensure adherence to infection control protocols, safety regulations, and hospital policies. Participate in continuous education, unit-based quality improvement initiatives, and professional development activities. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted. Licensure: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred for patients with cardiac conditions.
