The Eligibility Advisor I position consists of three job classifications; Texas Works Advisor, Medical Eligibility Specialist, and Hospital Based Worker that establish eligibility for different financial and medical programs. These include the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Medicaid for the Elderly and People with Disabilities (MEPD) and Medicaid.

Vighter's HCPs work alongside uniformed CBP Agents/Officers at numerous locations near the border in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, California, and Florida. The medical staff must be capable of providing health care services for persons of all ages, to include infants, children, adults, and pregnant females. Candidates must be comfortable working in a detention setting. Services may be provided in a field setting with minimal facilities, a soft-sided (tent-type) facility, or a secure detention facility, such as a US Border Patrol Station. Education, Licensure/Certification & Experience:
Must have a minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting and licensed/certified as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA). Qualifying experience includes detention or correctional healthcare, residential healthcare, a hospital, outpatient clinic, nursing home, or other supervised medical, nursing, or patient care facility that provided direct patient care.

Must have a current, active, valid, unencumbered license/registration/certification to practice healthcare in the state in which the candidate will work. The medical staff must be capable of providing health care services for persons of all ages, to include infants, children, adults, and pregnant females. As a Deli Host, your role goes beyond daily tasks. You will interact with people from all walks of life, brightening their day with top-notch customer service and maintaining a clean, stocked deli area. No experience? No problem! We will teach you!
Job Functions:
* General customer service duties including, but not limited to, answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing customer needs. Additionally, assisting store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
* Accurately prepare deli products as instructed in designated preparation guides to include salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold/hot sandwiches and wraps, parfait cups, etc.
* Use a variety of methods and technologies to ensure we follow company policies and procedures to maintain proper food safety conditions.
* Additional duties could include cross-training in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
* Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds. Ability to work in various temperatures.

* Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations

* Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
* Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
