Under the supervision of the VC Plant Manager, the Production Manager will work with all departments to ensure efficient machine/ operator operation of the plant. The Production Manager is responsible for ensuring that equipment/ operators are operating at optimum efficiency, coordinating all phases of manufacturing operations including primary processing, and coordination of maintenance, and that operators are professionally trained in equipment operations.
