The ceo never comes by, middle management are a bunch of brown nosers, looking forward to their replacement

Reduce the number of useless managers, reinstate old management who kept things running smoothly, eliminate the temp workers and actually pay the skilled welders what the deserve and then they will get more done, as of now it’s 2 lifting pads a day when it used to be 6, let the machine operators program so that someone else at a whole different building can work on getting more orders, don’t waste time with morning meetings where the same information is regurgitated every day: watch your heat imput, snip your wire, use a 300 degree temp stick, keep your aisle clear… And the company needs regular drug testing, an employee had 3 bottles of liquor in his toolbox today

My interview was “can you read a tape measure?” I said yes and measured a piece of flat bar. Was then put on a bead blaster cabinet for a week

It’s below average and I had verbal confirmation from the new supervisor who was putting the wrong materials in the recycling that I’m going to get a lower rating come next review

Diverse as hell we got women who can sit down and play on their phones and Vietnamese workers who can’t speak English and need to google translate to have a conversation, only white people get to be managers though, so unfortunately if you are brown you’re staying down
