Great people, an overwhelming amount of resources, and excellent benefits. Pay is about average, but the time and flexibility are offsets that are highly valued.

The Seattle Campus is in the heart of the city and commuting to work is the biggest downfall, parking is also expensive.

Leadership teams are great at providing support. They have open channels for engagement and opinions are heard.

How would you improve University of Washington's culture?

I think some additional structure to new employee onboarding would be beneficial and internal opportunities for growth and pay increases wouldn't hurt considering the average pay for some positions are lower than their private counterparts.
