The ideal candidate will have extensive experience running lathes, milling machines, Vertical Turret Lathes (VTL), and Horizontal Boring Mills (HBM). In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various manual machining equipment to produce precision parts and components. Responsibilities: * Operate and set up manual lathes, milling machines, VTL, and HBM to perform machining operations. * Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements. * Inspect and measure finished parts using precision tools to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. * Perform routine maintenance on machines and tools to ensure optimal performance and safety. * Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues with equipment as needed. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies. * Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines. * Other duties as assigned. The Industrial Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of all industrial equipment, machinery, and facilities within the plant. This role ensures that maintenance operations support optimal production efficiency, comply with safety standards, and align with company goals. Qualifications & Skills: Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Experience in manufacturing, processing plants, or heavy industrial environments. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, PLC, and automation systems. Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for scheduling and tracking maintenance work. Familiarity with predictive maintenance techniques (vibration analysis, thermography, etc.). Soft Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Operates various power-driven machinery used to move dirt or other materials. RESPONSIBILITIES * Locates and marks reference points for columns or plates on foundation, sing master straight edge, squares, transit and measuring tape and applying knowledge of geometry. * Attaches rigging or signals crane operator to lift components to specified position. * Aligns structures or plates sections to assemble boiler frame, tanks or vats sing plumb bobs, levels, wedges, dogs or turnbuckles. * Hammers, flame-cuts, files grinds irregular edges of sections or structural parts to facilitate fitting edges together. * Bolts or arc-welds structures and sections together. * Positions drums and headers into supports or bolts or welds supports to frame. * Aligns water tubes, connects and expands ends to drums and headers using tube expander. * Bolts or welds casing sections, uptakes, stacks, baffles and such fabricated parts as chutes, air heaters, fan stands, feeding tube, cat walks, ladders, coal hoppers and safety hatch to frame using wrenches * Performs minor maintenance or cleaning activities with tools and equipment. * Installs manholes, handholds, valves, gauges and feed water connection in drums to complete assembly of water tube boilers. * Signals crane operator in lifting parts to specific positions. * Assists in testing assembled vessels by pumping water or gas under specified pressure into vessels and observing instruments for evidence of leakage. * Repairs boilers or tanks in field by unbolting or flame cutting defective sections or tubes, straightening plates using torch or jacks, installing new tubes, fitting and welding new sections and replacing worn lugs on bolts. * May fasten and caulk sections of vessels, using pneumatic fasteners and caulking hammers. * May line firebox with refractory brick and blocks. * May fabricate parts such as, stacks, uptakes, and chutes to adapt boiler to premises in which it is installed. * Flame cutting and knowledge of torch use. * Responsible for observing and complying with all safety and project rules. IS IN ELDRIDGE/WEST OAKS AREA * Selects type and size of pipe and related material according to job specification * Installs, repairs, maintains, and adjusts indicating, recording, tele-metering, and controlling instruments and test equipment, used to control and measure variables, such as pressure, flow, temperature, motion, force, and chemical composition, using precision instruments, and hand tools. * Measures, cuts, bends, threads, assembles and installs primary piping and tubing * Reads and interprets instructions and documentation and plans work activities. * Moves materials and equipment to work locations and sets up work sites * Follows all hazardous waste handling guidelines. * Completes records, maintains tools and equipment, and performs various clean-up and housekeeping activities. * May disassemble malfunctioning instruments or test equipment and examine and test mechanisms and circuitry for defects. * Replaces or repairs defective parts, using hand tools. * Reassembles instrument or test equipment, and tests assembly for conformance to specifications, using instruments. * Inspects instruments and test equipment periodically and adjusts calibration to ensure functioning within specified standards. Overall working knowledge of various trades. Experienced in interior and exterior projects. College preferred but not required. Skilled in Microsoft Project, Adobe, Word, Excel. Located at the site, takes daily direction from the Site Manager and/or HSE Supervisor supporting all Health, Safety, and Environment initiatives and personnel. Supports all HSE functions that directly impacts training, report writing, quality control, plan development and implementation. Support health standards directed by regulatory agencies to prevent hazards and diseases from work sites. Under general direction, is accountable for the HSE Administration duties supporting the site HSE Program to include the HSE Training Program. Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of various education venues specific to Business Administration, Record Keeping, Teaching/Instruction with General Knowledge of HSE Standards/Guidelines. Typically requires 5-7 years of job related experience. Skills and Qualifications * High School Diploma/GED * Capable of being exposed to dusty, hot/cold/wet conditions (snow-rain) * Possesses 5-7 years of related HSE experience with achieved certifications/qualifications through educational institutions, technical programs, NCCER etc. * Possesses 3-5 years of experience direct teaching/instruction of employees within a class-room training environment supporting a fast-paced maintenance/construction type environment * Possesses general computer skills (i.e. email, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint programs), good verbal communications skills, in class-room settings including phone, radio, and plant intercom systems, projector screen set-up/use. * Capable of developing HSE training subject modules, and procedures accessing/using company training portals, client portals/share-drives, Government/State agency regulations/guidelines along with utilizing personal job-related experiences. * Capable of presenting HSE related training materials to small groups through a class-room setting to include utilizing hands-on illustrations. * Capable of Planning & Scheduling HSE training/meeting activities. * Must be able to ascend/descend stairs, ladders, elevated walkways, and walk, stand, stoop for extended periods of time, enter tight congested areas to include awkward positions.

LONG TERM MAINTENANCE PROJECT - NO PER DIEM SUMMARY Journeyman: * Typically 3 years and above documented field experience in chosen craft discipline with ability to read and interpret instructions and document, plan and perform work activities independently. Constructs, fabricates, installs and dismantles form work of fixtures of metal, wood and other accessories. RESPONSIBILITES: * Builds wooded structures, such as stairs, concrete forms, scaffolds, tunnel and sewer supports, and temporary frame shelters, according to blueprints, or oral instructions, and lays out and installs partitions and cabinet work. * Examines blueprints, sketches or building plans for to determine material required and dimensions of structure or fixture to be fabricated. * Selects, loads, and hauls job material to work site. * Prepares layout of form or fixture to be fabricated using lines or grades. * Measures boards, timbers, or plywood using square, measuring tape and ruler and marks cutting lines on materials using pencil and scriber. Shapes materials to required sizes using saws, chisels, and planes. * Verifies accuracy of structure with transit, plumb bob, square and level. * Uses carpentry hand tools such as hammers, levels, squares, screw drivers, adjustable, wrenches, hand and power saws, drill motors and pry bars. * Nails cleats (braces) across boards to construct concrete-supporting forms. * Braces forms in place with timbers, tie rods, and anchor bolts for use in building concrete piers, footings, and walls. * Erects frame work for structures and lays sub-flooring. * Cuts and assembles timbers to build trestles and cofferdams. * Erects scaffolding for buildings and other structures and installs ladders, handrails, walkways, platforms, and gangways. * Constructs forms, chutes, and aligns form panels for pouring concrete and grout. * Fits and installs pre-fabricated window frames, doors, weather stripping interior and exterior trim and finished hardware. * Fits and nails sheathing on outer walls and roofs of buildings. Sets and braces anchor bolts. * Performs minor maintenance or cleaning activities with tools and equipment. * Ability to tie rebar. * Operation of electric and pneumatic tools. * May rig materials. * Responsible for observing and complying with all safety and project rules.
