POSITION SUMMARY
The Infant Head Teacher is responsible for meeting the daily needs of infants 6 weeks to 15 months. The Infant Head Teacher must be able to provide excellent guest service by encouraging engagement among all children in the classroom, and continuously communicating with parents/guardians about their child's experience during that given day. The primary responsibility of LPN is:
Provides direct patient care under the supervision of a RN and/or physician, evaluates outcomes, consults with other health team members as required and adjusts nursing care processes as indicated to ensure optimal patient care.
The ability to perform a head-to-toe assessment, under the supervision of a RN and/or physician, on all patients as per policy. This includes neonate, pediatric, adolescent and geriatric patients and the general patient population.
Ability to adequately assess and reassess pain. Utilizes appropriate pain management techniques. Educates the patient and family regarding pain management.
Medical and surgical asepsis is carried out during treatments and special procedures.
Maintains a safe, comfortable and therapeutic environment for patients and families in accordance with office/clinic standards.
An ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
Current LPN/LVN Licensure in State of New Hampshire
Current BCLS/ACLS certification.
The ability to be flexible, organized, and function under stressful situations.
Ability to be a self-motivated learner, to take initiative in learning the many complex processes

SIGN-ON BONUS: $10,000 West Central has developed a new innovative program that will provide Mobile Crisis Outreach to individuals 24 hours a day/7 days a week! The primary goal with this program is to assist individuals with a mental illness before they end up in a significant crisis and require hospitalization.
The Mobile Crisis Team works closely with other Community Mental Health Centers, area Police Departments, and other community-based delivery systems. This will all occur within a two-person team. As a part of this team you will rapidly evaluate complex behavioral health situations; develop, recommend and support clinically appropriate crisis interventions to be implemented with individual clients, their families, and a wide variety of community helpers, including law enforcement and EMS personnel.
To do this, we need passionate and dedicated Master-Level Clinicians. We will consider candidates with Master's Degrees in Progress (Clinicians) if they have relevant experience in mobile crisis/mental health and are in school for the appropriate degree. For the therapists who already have a full time job, but believe in our mission, there are also first, second and third shifts available.
Responsibilities.
Rapid responses to all phone calls and face-to-face crisis intervention requests.
Consult, triage, or actively participate in facilitating appropriate Voluntary Inpatient Hospital Admissions, Partial Hospital Program referrals, Conditional Discharge Revocations, and Involuntary Emergency Admissions.
Provide crisis stabilization follow-up for patients as necessary.
Required Education:
Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling or related field required
Experience:
3 to 5 years of clinical experience in a team setting
Disaster Behavioral Health Response Basic Training (DBHRT)
Skills:
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to learn necessary computer skills and technical skills essential to the position
