Seeks assistance as needed to resolve proof discrepancies. Performs security function by opening and closing bank and vault and ensuring overall safety and security of bank grounds. Opens new accounts, certificates of deposit, and all other products offered by the bank; answers customer questions, provides account opening information, and ensures that proper paperwork is completed and entered on the computer system. Takes consumer loan applications with a focus on cross-selling other bank products and services. Retains existing customers and develops new customer relationships. Implements all sales strategies, including new products and services and participates in business development and outreach as directed by management. Proactively resolves customer complaints. Works in a team setting on various projects including employee contests, sales programs, etc. Adhere to established standards, policies and procedures. Deliver strong community visibility. Participate in community and networking events Responsible for compliance with all laws, regulations, and corporate policies with specific adherence to branch operations, security and procedures. Position Overview A Municipal Advisor is a licensed financial professional who provides their knowledge and expertise to a municipal entity as it relates to the issuance of municipal bonds and notes. Finalize note bid sheet and distribute to list of bidders. Finalize results sheet and distribute to list of bidders. Prepare municipal note forms and other related documentation. Position Overview The Senior IT Specialist supports the team in maintaining optimum performance, security and control of computer hardware, software, and printers. Project team member and/or project leader on infrastructure projects or system upgrades IT Support Supporting day-to-day operations and resolving any problems relating to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, servers, networking, business applications, hardware and software within a high demand and fast paced environment. As part of the IT team, the Senior IT Specialist will provide Tier 2 support for all computer-related helpdesk issues in the Bank. This includes, but is not limited to: Analysis and resolution of user program issues - such as business applications, Microsoft Office, and internet-based programs.
