Cons of working at Fayetteville State University
Crab bucket mentality there is no chance of upward mobility . Even with education the people at the top are over paid and enjoy keeping anyone who dares to rise or complain down. Shortly after you do complain there with be some worked up firing for cause! The HR & legal departments is a viper pit of gossip and underhanded tactics! The work culture is toxic! I’d never work there if I didn’t have to and don’t recommend anyone apply to work here!
