About the role

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities
Operate, inspect, troubleshoot and repair plant utility systems.
Perform all operations in accordance with the specified guidelines and instructions, while exercising safety for oneself and others.
Maintain all major utility equipment including Boilers, Air Compressors/Dryers, Chillers, Fans, Pumps, Wells, Cooling Towers and Fire Suppression equipment. Includes maintenance of distribution systems for Steam, Condensate, Compressed Air, Chilled Water, Cooling Towers, Water Chemistry/Purification, Potable Water, Process Wastewater, Natural Gas, Propane, and Fire Systems.
Must be knowledgeable in the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems including Air Handlers, Rooftop units, and Make-up air units including associated controls.
Operate, inspect and maintain all Fire Protection Systems including but not limited to; sprinkler systems, fire suppression systems, fire extinguishers, fire hose, hydrants, and other firefighting equipment in accordance with specified guidelines and procedures including response to fire alarms.
Must be knowledgeable in the application of Lubricants, Packing/Seals, Bearings, Couplings, Gear Reducers, Measurement equipment, Fasteners, and Rigging.
Must demonstrate the ability to interpret and understand Mechanical and Electrical prints as well as P&ID diagrams.

Manage Prolink's litigation portfolio, handling some cases internally and coordinating with external counsel as needed

In addition to asset management, the firm operates a financial advisory and investment banking business focused on aircraft fleet financing and financing for ultra-large corporates; given our size, all staff are involved in all activities.

. Must be hard-working, self-motivated, eager to engage with customers and ready for a high-pressure environment, as the firm's LPs are large, institutional counterparties from the firm's' banking business (no individual or retail customers).
The senior analyst should be comfortable with analyzing and executing investments up and down the capital structure, which may include relevant cash flow modeling, term sheet negotiation and enterprise valuation tasks. Investments may include equity, debt and/or hybrid capital across the value chain, including production, technology and feedstock.
A demonstrated track record of successfully evaluating and executing private equity and/or debt investments is a must. Investment banking experience desired, and willingness to also provide investment banking services is required. Compensation commensurate with experience and demonstrated ability. You will have (or obtain) the following licenses: SIE, 7, 66 and 79.
