The Retail Puller position is a critical role which serves as an intermediary between Retailer personnel and the UL Solutions testing laboratories. The Puller position is responsible for accurately identifying online products and products on store shelves which require testing; as well as procuring / transporting / packaging and shipping of the product.
This role is 100% remote, and an ideal candidate will be located in either: Columbus, OH; Boston, MA; or Albany, NY.
A successful candidate for this role will:
+ Utilize multiple computer programs onsite; and while at store sites, to conduct research on products, such as test history and program parameters
+ Work closely with team members to successfully complete all related product pull requests
+ Establish and maintain cordial and respectful relationships with store associates
+ Exhibit a strong work ethic with a commitment to excellence
+ Support program requirements by adhering to the scope, as outlined by the Retailer
+ Maintain weekly reconciliation of expense statements
+ Perform any other related duties as required or assigned

What we offer:
Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated annual compensation for this position is $166,250. - $183,750. which includes a base salary of $95,000. - $105,000. and 100% on target performance. Members of the sales function are eligible to participate in the UL Solutions Sales Incentive Plan. The annual target incentive for this position is 75% of the base salary, paid quarterly, and is contingent upon performance. Compensation is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors.
This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. Summary / Role Purpose
The Technical Account Manager (TAM) functions as a true partner to our customers by listening to their needs and developing a deep working knowledge of their goals, key business initiatives, technical challenges and infrastructure configurations to deliver an outstanding experience. RESPONSIBILITIES
* Work as part of the Electronics Business Unit to conduct software testing of ANSYS simulation software applications such as Maxwell 2D/3D.
* Assess how well the product meets customer needs both in terms of functionality and usability and ensure that product requirements and quality standards are satisfied.
* Work closely with other members of the product creation team and communicate with technical specialists on product issues.
* Specify and write test cases, create, modify, and update existing tests, and maintain test scripts.

The Current Business Manager (CBM) is responsible for the business management in the region, including day to day activities and being the main support to the regional General Manager. His or her responsibilities include but are not limited to P&L management, forecasting, corporate reporting, budget coordination, sales quotas and in general to be the main representative of the region to corporate stake holders such as credit and collection, finance, marketing, supply chain and others.
