Job Description/Responsibilities:
Shift is from 5:20pm to 5:30am, 2-2-3 shift pattern. Pay approximately $24.00 based on years of experience with opportuntiy for growth.
Responsible for the operation of the bottle filler and capper, decasing process, and/or case packing operation. The Bottling Technician will be required to safely operate the equipment, troubleshoot problems, changeover equipment, preform quality checks, and basic maintenance tasks. The Bottling Technician will also give guidance on safety, quality, and operations to temporary employees who will be assisting in the area.
Understand and comply with safety requirements of work area and keep safety top of mind at all times during general operation, maintenance, changing parts and setup of equipment; prevent co-workers from working unsafely. Report safety concerns, accidents and near misses immediately and submit safety work orders as needed. Be an active participate in plant Behavior Based safety program and in facility wide safety inspections/ accident investigations. Keep workplace clean and free of debris at all times.
Understand and work with established standards to deliver the highest and most consistent levels of excellent customer service, by ensuring Bottling Department meets daily production goals while adhering to safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines. Reference resources (WI's and SOP's) uphold safety, quality, and food safety standards. Bottling Technician will be required to perform equipment changeover to help maintain production schedule.
Ensure adherence to all Personal Safety, Food Safety, Quality and Environmental Policies and Practices. Own the Standard Operating Procedure for the bottling line positions and perform in accordance with standards. Continuously seek ways to improve performance and improve quality driven actions that lead to the award winning results. Actively engage in keeping work area and facility maintained at the established standards. Ensure maximum customer satisfaction, by assuring quality finished product and internal customer service. Incorporate daily maintenance tasks such as inspection, lubrication, and equipment setup into daily routine.

Perform assigned duties of bottling technician including all tasks related to the bottling line which includes but not limited to; case feeding, quality inspection, case packing and labeling. Perform all tasks in a responsible manner and in compliance with Company policies and procedures as well as applicable regulatory requirements. Fully and accurately complete all applicable documentation, including full record keeping of all inspections conducted.

The Collections Specialist will assist the Treasury Operations Specialist with reviewing current customer credit profile/risks and recommending appropriate credit limits or recommend the outcome of orders on credit hold, as well as tracking new customers and ensuring a credit review is performed and a credit limit outcome is recommended
Duties and Responsibilities
(not limited to)
Responsible for collecting past-due accounts receivable, analyzing customer delinquencies and working with business unit and customer service personnel toward resolution
Review credit criteria of current and new customers and recommend/establish customer credit limits; release or recommend the release of orders from credit hold all according to the grants of Authority
Complete ad-hoc special projects for CCC leadership, including Finance and other Business Units, utilizing Accounts Receivable, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and other financial information
Qualifications
An associates degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school is required (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent)
A bachelor's degree or equivalent from a 4-year college or university is preferred (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent)
2-3 years of accounts receivable, collections, or credit departments experience is required.

Mechatronics Technician

The Mechatronics Technician must be able to maintain industrial machinery and industrial machine vision systems. The primary responsibility is to provide technical support for electronic components and equipment in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include repairing and maintaining electronic and robotic systems and operating and testing equipment to ensure quality of the manufacturing operation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs complicated installation of machines including the wiring panels and programing for (Allen Bradley) control systems (PLC). Installs wiring to and between machines, relays, optical sensing equipment, circuit boards, switches, and position sensing devices.
Repair and perform maintenance on electronic controls, pneumatic or hydraulic production equipment.
Ensure operation of equipment by performing repairs on electrical components that are found in conveyors, pumps, engines, motors, pneumatic tools, and production machines such as stamping presses, welders, servo motors and spinners to ensure proper operation.
Accomplishes improvements for existing machinery and leads efforts to complete large-scale repairs in cooperation with other skilled trades' staff.
Informs appropriate personnel regarding routine electrical preventive maintenance procedures to avoid creating downtime.
Tests and diagnoses mal-functioning apparatus such as transformers, motors, lighting fixtures through use of testing equipment and hand tools.
Verifies repairs to equipment.
Completes maintenance logs and other schedules as required.
Maintains good safety and housekeeping practices.
Other duties as needed at the discretion of the Maintenance Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have strong electrical knowledge and mechanical background. The ability to read complex blueprints, read electrical diagrams and schematics. Must understand fluid power dynamics, principles of lubrication, electronics, automated welding technology and pneumatic controls. Understand mechanical principles such as use of bearings, bushings and seals. Be able to consult manuals with code specifications. Basic MS Office computer skills.
Physical: This position requires long hours of standing, walking, reaching and stooping. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. May be exposed to loud sounds. Must have the ability to properly wear the required PPE.
Mental: The Mechatronics Technician must be able to work in a fast- paced environment and be able to work under a reasonable amount of pressure to minimize downtime of machines.

The Project Controls Specialist leads minor capital improvement projects ($1MM) capital projects. The Project Controls Specialist assigns project responsibilities including Lotus Notes Database management, SAP project setup, invoice management, and project closeout. The Project Controls Specialist supports the Project Managers and will include tasks integral to the execution of major projects, including schedule management, document control, expediting, cost accounting, and contracts management. The experienced Project Controls Specialist is expected to interact with internal and external stakeholders in the US and global organizations and at all levels of the Company.
Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to)
Provide general administrative support including support with organizational charts, spread sheets, presentations, group travel arrangements, and all additional items needed to be added to the Project File for records keeping pertaining to any Capital project
Executes assigned R&D and IT capital projects or similar projects in size and complexity including APP creation/management in the AR database, SAP activities including requisitions, goods receipts, WBS element creation/management, and processing invoices through IQ backoffice
Track all project costs, provide periodic status reports, cost reports and financial projections over the course of the project
Identify and value asset base at completion of project. Its expected the individual will perform these project management duties with minimal direction based on established policies, procedures, and best practices

Assist in cost accounting by extracting actual cost information from SAP at regular intervals and consolidating project budget revisions, updates, and estimate at completion forecasts including changes in scope
