Job Purpose
To develop and guarantee the correct powertrain hardware package required to meet all developmental, marketability, and regulatory targets. To actively manage test and development schedules and data input from multiple departments and divisions across HDMA.
Key Accountabilities
Strategy: Gather the latest global hardware specs from 4MOC / ADC and compile a comprehensive plan for application to future, responsible development models.

How You Will Make An Impact
Plan and Execute Ground Test Campaigns: Develop procedures and set up instrumentation for subsystem and full-vehicle tests, ranging from engine hotfire to static load checks, and manage any anomaly resolutions that arise
Oversee Integration Readiness: Collaborate with propulsion, structures, and avionics teams to confirm that hardware is properly installed, tested, and documented before transitioning to vehicle-level tests or launch
