As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for routine maintenance on distillery equipment, PLC and instrumentation troubleshooting and electrical work. What will you do? Working with Maintenance Supervisor to ensure preventive and routine maintenance is being conducted. Knowledge of all Distillery equipment including but not limited to pneumatics, pumps, hydraulics, valves etc. Communicating with the Distillery Supervisor and Maintenance Supervisor regarding equipment malfunction and or corrective action on daily basis. Assisting in maintaining and ensuring proper operation of boiler, reverse osmosis (RO) system, water softener, chiller, and cooling tower.
