not only is this a stressful work environment but a toxic one. this place will take over your life and slowly ruin every part of it. the new regime in charge is a dictatorship and no other opinions matter. if you don’t agree with them you’re wrong. very little talent in this company and constantly fixing other people’s mistakes. breakdowns happen weekly because they won’t invest in their machines or preventative maintenance and dealing with it becomes a normal part of your daily routine.

Pros of working at Twin Rivers Paper
The pay was decent, but upper management was practically nonexistent.
Cons of working at Twin Rivers Paper
The company is racist. The Pickens mill employs the majority of the companies minorities, and they treat minorities like they are stupid. They laid-off all employees in April, and fall once a month to tell them there is no work for the month. They give no reason that this is the only mill they choose to keep shut down. One can only assume. They have not had a single meeting or call come from upper management to any hourly employee in 5 months.
