Assists the Value Stream Leader with employee activities, including evaluation and discipline; Corrective Action Request responses and seeking out root cause solutions; collecting Daily Metrics and annual performance evaluations. Identifies and corrects unsafe acts or conditions, both in primary duties within department and throughout the plant. Assists employees with diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment. Actively participates in Gemba and prepares LDMS board as needed. Assists with the creation and update of standard work instructions. Works in the department as needed, up to 80% time, to maintain the flow of work. Acts as a certified First Responder when so trained Applies ISO-9000 system procedures and ensures compliance.     KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Effectively partner with business areas and provide subject matter expertise level support to enhance functional business areas through processes and systems improvements. * Work with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements for ERP enhancement projects. * Proactively identify areas of improvement, collaborate with key stakeholders to identify requirements and drive process and systems enhancements. * Work with stakeholders to document business requirements and business process flows in designing and preparing new systems or solutions. Define enhancements to existing systems in order to meet internal and external user requirements. * Conduct research to determine if solutions to business requirements currently exist within or outside the business unit, and if not, whether new solutions are feasible. * Analyze the impact of proposed solutions across the business. Develop use cases to explain and/or demonstrate business requirements and specifications to the IT team and contribute a business or process perspective during design reviews. * Document process flows, functional specifications, user stories and test scenarios as needed. * Gather lessons learned and obtain final project approval from sponsor and stakeholders. * Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of ERP solutions. * Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to ERP implementation and management. * Perform other related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree in information technology discipline or related field. * Eight or more years of relevant experience may be considered to satisfy educational requirements. * 7+ years experience as an ERP Business Analyst role or above. * In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics. Epicor experience preferred. * Detailed understanding of business operations and accounting principles within an ERP manufacturing environment. * Successful project participation in major ERP upgrades or implementations. * Effective written, communication skills and demonstrated success in various project methodologies. * Detail-oriented, critical thinker with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. * Experience working with business partners and supporting tasks across multiple projects. PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS: * Standard office environment As a Senior ERP Business Analyst you will be offered pay of $114,000-140,000 per year dependent on experience. You will also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus tied to overall performance of the organization.     Global Senior Engineer - Corporate Engineering Viskase is seeking an experienced Global Senior Engineer to join our Corporate Engineering team! This high-impact role will focus on large-scale project management (tens of millions), regulatory compliance (Title V, air emissions), capital policy oversight, financial tracking, and the design, execution, and operation of new projects across multiple facilities, including international locations. As the primary engineering liaison between project teams and Viskase Executive Leadership, you will also serve as the key contact for engineering solutions at various locations, including direct collaboration with our global insurance carrier, Factory Mutual. This role reports to the Director of Global Engineering. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage large-scale capital projects, ensuring execution within budget and schedule constraints. Apply scientific and engineering principles to optimize processes, equipment, and facility operations. Develop and oversee labor estimates, budgets, timetables, and resource allocation. Act as the primary engineering contact for Factory Mutual regarding site improvements and risk mitigation. Evaluate and approve modifications and new systems involving hazardous chemicals or classified areas, ensuring compliance with safety standards, including process hazard analysis (PHA). Partner with plant teams to maintain environmental compliance, including pollution regulations, permitting, testing, and regulatory communication. Manage third-party engineers and consultants, defining project scopes, preparing specifications, and ensuring contract compliance. Oversee and administer the CapEx workflow system, reviewing and approving project requests. Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams, define project goals, and drive execution to closure. Ensure seamless integration of plant design, control systems, utilities, HVAC, powerhouse equipment, and process handling systems. Oversee building and infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and company objectives. Maintain and manage engineering data, including security permissions and document organization on SharePoint and engineering servers. Mentor and guide junior engineers, interns, co-ops, contractors, and vendors. Be on-site during construction phases, conducting preconstruction walkthroughs, in-progress reviews, project start-ups, and close-outs. Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, proactively preventing recurring construction issues. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification is preferred but not required. 10+ years of engineering experience with increasing responsibility. Industrial manufacturing experience is required; chemical industry experience is preferred. Expertise in production lines, utilities, piping, steam systems, dryers, and process handling equipment. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and functional knowledge of Microsoft Project. Global and domestic travel required (20-40%).
