Responsibilities: You will teach primarily at school campuses, but occasionally in offices and homes, to small classes of 1-6 students on weekdays for 1-2.5 hours on weekday late afternoons between 3 and 6pm and on weekends. Specific schedules may vary depending on your and students' available days and times. Responsibilities include: - Prepare and deliver engaging and informative lessons using the course materials and framework provided by the company. Mentor and guide children to develop problem-solving minds and a love for learning. - Review students' self-graded homework and use reasonable efforts to address questions in the classes. - Promptly share each lesson's recap and homework assignments with all the parents of the students after each lesson. - Conduct assessments and provide timely feedback to students. Record each student's progress and report student performance to parents per semester which we compensate for. - Use reasonable efforts to schedule and provide makeup classes for absences. - Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Respond to parents' messages in a timely manner.
