This unique role will also give the potential applicant the skills and opportunity to grow in leadership, administratively and the education field. Responsibilities: Work directly with the director and lead teacher to assist, oversee and engage with the students in your care. Work with the Early Learning Center team of teachers and contribute by giving oversight, ideas and creativity to the program. Work with your after-school team to apply the weekly lesson plans submitted by the coordinator for your site. Oversee a group of 12 students during the summer camp experience.
