The Tutor will deliver quality one-on-one tutoring services to assigned students using the Beyond Basics curriculum. This role requires collaboration with the site leader to effectively implement the reading program, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the overall success of the tutoring initiative. Duties and Responsibilities Deliver quality one-on-one tutoring services to assigned students using Beyond Basics curriculum. Collaborate with site leader to coordinate the implementation of the reading program for your assigned students. Alert site leader when you are having difficulties with students so they can offer support and necessary interventions to ensure Tutor and Student success. Maintain accurate daily records of student progress in the program database (Apricot). Provide student status reports in a timely manner when requested. Turn in weekly data reports, timesheets, and other records to the site leader at your site. Interface with the site leader to schedule pre-tutoring testing and post-tutoring testing. Conduct collaborative art or writing projects with students. Assist with classroom setup and takedown. Maintain classroom standards to create a conducive learning environment.
