Fellows are placed in elementary schools across Delaware, providing specialized reading instruction to kindergarten through third-grade students who face significant literacy challenges. Fellows play a critical role in building foundational reading skills for students who may not thrive through traditional instruction.
Hourly Requirements
Full-time: 38-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (plus planning time)
Part-time: 26-28 hours per week:

Compensation & Benefits
Fellows can earn between $20,000 - $50,000 per year in stipends while completing their degree and gaining classroom experience.
