That they use ur metric instead of how long u have been there

I would def work on being on the employee side more one on one time

I make $20/hr for a licensed insurance agent

Getting to help the ppl and I like my hours

What do you like best about TTEC's CEO and the leadership team?

CEO interactions were minimal, and email correspondence generally around QDR. Leadership teams on the program level were amazing and very positive. Senior leaders are very disconnected from the company culture and their teams

How would you improve TTEC's culture?

Engage every single employee on a monthly basis to gauge the moral of our company. Share changes made to the current business state, to ensure their voices are being heard. Provide transferable skills building opportunities (investing in employees) and champion future leaders in the company

I would conduct mock interviews with peers and leaders

How does your compensation at TTEC compare to the industry average?

Well below the industry average

What's the diversity at TTEC like?

There was a diverse workforce. Celebrating the diversity was very one track focused and was not 100% inclusive

Developing an employee to take the next step in their professional careers. Breeding a culture of success

Pros of working at TTEC

Working from home.. no commute save money on clothing, meals out, gas, insurance, second car if spouse works.

Cons of working at TTEC

Really poor pay! Anyone who said average income is 60 k does not work there! Poor scheduling, little opportunity for real advancement.. oh yea, they will give you a title, but that doesn’t transfer to a sizable salary boost by any means. Shift bid every 6 months regardless of seniority, they change your schedule at will with zero good reason!

Interesting business model and willing to supply equipment needed to perform job.

Value employees and don’t force shift change every 6 months with no regard for seniority.

How did you prepare for the TTEC interview?

I read up on the company and expressed my opinion at interview about how”green” working from home is.

How does your compensation at TTEC compare to the industry average?

Below average for sure. $16 an hour after three years on the job!

What's the diversity at TTEC like?

Plenty of that for sure. No discrimination noted by sex or national origin and they make arrangements to be inclusive of people who have disabilities.

What brings you the most joy at TTEC?

Taking care of the customers

Good starting pay for entry level employees. Paid training. The company pays licensing fees.

Cons of working at TTEC

The training can be spotty. There really is no upward advancement. Pay really doesn't increase from the starting level.
