As a member of our Warehouse crew you play a very important role in ensuring all locations receive their orders as accurately and timely as possible. This position is physically demanding; you will be responsible for receiving, storing and distributing product for all locations. Position Summary
The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading employees, scheduling work activities, ensuring quality of workmanship, training and educating employees on safety guidelines, company policies, and production equipment. This position reports to the Production Manager.
Applicants must be able to work 1st or 2nd Shift to support our production ramp up.
Responsibilities:

Occ Summary
The Sterile Processing Technician, Lead assists the OR staff in the organization and daily function of the operating room in accordance with established federal, state, accreditation standards and facility policies and procedures. Responsible for instrument decontamination, sterile processing, instrument care, safe handling procedures and documentation related to those activities.
Work Performed
The Sterile Processing Technician, Lead will be responsible for performing the responsibilities outlined in any/all of the categories below. Operating Room Liaison: Assists the operating room staff in preparing the O.R. suite for surgery by assisting in instrument preparation. Works cooperatively with OR and Central Sterile to jointly resolve issues or develop better services for surgical implementation. Makes sure bio's are processed and ready in a timely manner SPM/Quality Auditor: Verify sterilization documentation for accuracy. Track and monitor IUSS loads and documentation. Track and monitor tray errors. Check in vendor trays for the next day cases. Aids with exporting Quality Events for reporting. Maintains SPM tracking system which includes but not limited to: updates instrumentation, create new products, update count sheets. Aids in completing in services for new products or processes. Aids in locating trays to place new invent ory received. Liaison between the Clinic Leads and Sterile Processing to ensure instrument inventory is accurate. Preceptor :Orients and mentors new staff. Shares knowledge with co-workers through open communication and continuous upgrading of skills. Conducts random audits on trays assembled by new staff. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plans, coordinates, provides and manages nursing care services and health education to nursing home guests.
Supervise the care/services provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)/State-Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) and other team members who care for guests.
Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions to guests.
Assess the health of guests and notify the physician of changes in status. Promptly implement new orders.
Select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize a guest's condition and/or prevent complications.
Contribute to the guest's assessment (MDS/CAA's) and the development of a plan of care.

NORMAL DAY-TO-DAY WORK

Collaborates with the Civic Manager to ensure excellence of day-to-day branch operations, which include but are not limited to branch opening, closing, member service and experience, transaction processing and promotion of products and services.
Maintains the branch vault, monitors essential administrative functions, assists with balancing cash drawers and collaborates with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Builds and fosters relationships with current and potential members to increase their financial well-being.

Assists with in-person opening of deposit and loan accounts by ensuring all information is received timely and accurately processed.
Maintains a strong knowledge of Credit Union offerings so one can explain loan programs to members, evaluate their needs and recommend loan options. Inform members about products and services other than those requested, including current promotions. Complete member and loan applications, prepares required documentation, and escalate to the lending department as necessary.
Educates members on digital solutions by providing self-service alternatives to manage finances at their convenience.
Adapts to member needs and employs active listening techniques to effectively de-escalate member concerns. Serve as point of contact for escalated member issues and concerns, using experience-based knowledge as it relates to account opening and loan applications to resolve all member issues.
Participate in beta-testing for possible workflow and process improvement and provide feedback to internal/external resources as needed.
Participates in required meetings and training, while promoting a positive team environment. Shares knowledge of member feedback and effective practices.
Complies with regulations, policies, procedures and operational guidelines. Proactively assesses and mitigates operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulations, audit requests and implements security measures when appropriate.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Here are a few qualifications you MUST have to be qualified for this position.
Minimum 4 6 years of member servicing experience, inclusive of lending and/or account opening experience, or have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Lending, or relevant area and 1-3 years of experience in financial services.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal, written, telephone and interpersonal communication skills.
Demonstrated strong customer service skills.
Notary Public in North Carolina, or the ability to achieve in the first 6 month of employment.
PC proficient, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) and the Internet.
Ability to function in a Consumer business office environment and utilize standard office equipment including but not limited to: PC, copier, telephone, etc.
Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. (file boxes, computer printer).
Travel required on occasion.
