In addition, it offers commercial sealants and waterproofing products, such as air barrier systems, commercial glazing and fire stopping systems, primers, sealants, traffic coatings, transition assemblies, water proofing systems, OEM industrial products, vegetated roofs, and residential windows and doors; and basement waterproofing systems, foundation finishing systems, weather-resistant barrier systems, strip drain products, damp proofing solutions, and methane barrier membranes. Further, the company provides roofing and general contracting services to building owners and facility managers; restoration solutions for roofs and walls; and air barrier solutions for government, education, healthcare, commercial, condominium, and manufacturing markets. It serves architects, engineers, contractors, and building owners in North America and internationally. The company was founded in 1928 and is based in Beachwood, Ohio. Tremco Incorporated operates as a subsidiary of RPM International Inc.

Their is no pros of working for this company

Cons of working at Tremco Incorporated

They do all this new hireing but they don’t have the work to keep their employees busy .I know because I work for this be company .but not for long .can’t survive only working 2days a week sometime none .

Benefits that’s it. Pay is lower than other companies.

Cons of working at Tremco Incorporated

Most people who work here fake it to make it and put the burden on the ones that actually get paid the least. Upper Management and Sales Rep make all the money. While we do all the work for below average salaries. I would not recommend working here. They will burn you out and not provide a work life balance.

The current president is absolutely amazing. He has the ability to relate to any and everyone. You get the genuine perception that he is doing his best for his employees.

Overall strategy is lost at times. High level strategy is good, but lost in translation when sent to be executed on due to limited communication.
