Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor a team of drivers, fleet and equipment that operates 7 days a week.

The Fiber Optic Splicer is responsible for the terminating, splicing, bonding/grounding, documenting and testing of all fiber optic cables within the systems fiber optic networks and their related equipment with the end goal of providing maximum operating efficiency. "Case", "Ditch Witch" and "Vermeer" drop plow equipment
This job will include work on weekends, holidays, standby and unscheduled hours, and overtime. Travel of over 75% may be required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Install, repair, maintain, test proof or adjust, as needed, all fiber optic cables and related equipment. In the course of performing these duties, the technician will climb utility poles and ladders, lift and carry equipment that weighs at least 75 lbs, use a variety of hand tools, work in all types of inclement weather, enter Underground facilities and be able to use a shovel to uncover underground closures.
Coordinate fiber activities with other departments and staff.
Performs fiber tests with OTDR's, light source and meters.
Terminates, splices, bonds/grounds and tests fiber optic equipment to customer standards.
Provides accurate equipment location, splicing and terminating records for the fiber database.
Assists the Construction and Engineering departments in accepting and turning up the fiber network.
Builds bays, racking, jumper ducts and other network elements needed for the installing of fiber optic equipment and patch and panels.
Monitor, communicate and perform corrective actions to fix problems affecting any fiber or fiber related equipment from Master Control to and through each HUB to the NODE.
Provision and install media converters for Dedicated Access customers.
Serve as a technical resource for staff on all fiber related areas and technical procedures. Be available for any on call emergency coverage for fiber restoration year-round.

The Technician, Field Splicing performs various duties as instructed within the network with regards to outside plant construction, restoration, preventive maintenance, facility locating, customer service drops and record keeping.

Responsibilities
Technician, Field Splicing I
Must be able to read splicing records and splice fiber as directed by supervisor.
Must have a functioning knowledge of testing and troubleshooting fiber optic.
Must be able to make as needed changes and document test results.
Must be able to read engineering drawings and correlate them to physical plant.
Must be able to assist in physical cable placement.
Must assist in the coordination OSP extensions and coordinate with other departments.
Perform detailed visual inspection of OSP construction to determine quality of work being performed and that it meets the company's standards.

All the responsibilities of a Tech I
Responsible for maintaining existing fiber routes and facility locates as directed.
Responsible for maintaining all OSP equipment, i.e. fusion splicer, trailers, vehicles.
Will complete no less than 2 trainings classes per year as and when required.
Technician, Field Splicing III
Responsible for maintaining existing fiber routes and facility locates as directed.
Responsible for maintaining all OSP equipment, i.e. fusion splicer, trailers, vehicles.
Will complete no less than 2 training class sessions per year as and when assigned.
Must assist in the training, and direction of newer employees.
Will be responsible for quality control in the field.
Will distribute assigned tasks to other employees.
Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
May have less than 2 years' work experience related to the telecommunications industry, but some related experience is preferred.
Must possess the ability to learn and develop a working knowledge of all types of fiber plant maintenance as it relates to the Telecom industry.
Must possess a high degree of interpersonal skills.
Technician, Field Splicing II
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Must have at least 2 years' work experience related to the telecommunications industry with a focus on fiber optic splicing and testing.
US Dept of Labor approved technical certification in fiber optics preferred.
Must have a working knowledge of all types of outside plant construction.
Must possess a high degree of interpersonal skills.
Technician, Field Splicing III
High School diploma required.
Must have completed a US Dept of Labor approved technical certification in fiber optics preferred.
At least 4 years' work experience related to the telecommunications industry with a focus on fiber optic splicing and testing.
Must have a working knowledge of all types of outside plant construction.
Must possess a high degree of interpersonal skills.
Some travel required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:

The Assembler will be responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical or measurement product assembly operations on product components, assemblies or sub-assemblies used for production of ADTRAN's products.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Determine and/or follow methods and sequence of operations in performing, component installation, and fitting on assembly units.
Assemble components, boards, and housings based on diagram, photos, and written instructions.
Perform tests on boards to ensure functional operation.
Work on “semi-routine” assignments and recognize/indicate where any deviation from accepted practices is required.
Adhere to general instructions for routine work and detailed instructions for new assignments.
Check and inspect products to ensure Q50 and IPC-A-610 quality standards are met.
Make process, part, and/or assembly change recommendations to technical instructions based on assembly needs.
May be utilized to work in other areas as production level warrants.

Basic Qualifications:

The Advanced General Accountant role reports to the Vice President, Corporate Controller and will be responsible for assisting with a combination of duties including but not limited to those described below. The role will focus on select special projects, financial system migrations, IFRS to US GAAP conversion of financial statements, and financial reporting while assisting in the day-to-day activities in the Accounting department such as financial analysis, month-end close, reporting, intercompany, audits, and SEC filings.
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead accounting and accounting-related projects (e.g. financial system implementation and reporting, new accounting standards, M&A migrations).
Analysis of new and existing accounting pronouncements.
Development of and maintenance of accounting policies.
Flexible knowledge and willingness to support multiple Accounting areas (general ledger, cash and banking, prepaids, inventory, fixed assets, accruals, etc.) with common business tasks.
Perform general accounting entries, analysis, and reporting as needed.
Financial statements analytics and documentation and variance fluctuations.
Review of SEC filings for accuracy (10-K, 10-Q, etc.)
Perform and review Sarbanes Oxley controls related to areas of responsibility.
