Duties & Responsibilities Training Facilitation Facilitate a combination of in-person, virtual, and on-demand trainings based on approved DCFS caregiver curricula. Trainers must be capable of facilitating all three formats, adapting to varying training assignments depending on demand. Travel for in-person trainings is required at times. While efforts are made to limit travel within geographic regions, PRIDE is a statewide program and at times there may be statewide travel associated with training assignments.
