Maintain the coordination, documentation, and submission of federal and state grants for Westside Community Schools and associated Non-Public schools.
Assist in various teaching and learning projects from the lens of a certified educator as directed by the Teaching and Learning administrators.
Provide K-12 Textbook & Materials support including:
Communication with publishers/vendors.
Coordination of purchasing and training.
Management of staff and student access.
Development and maintenance of master lists of materials.
Disbursement of material.
Administer the Nebraska Textbook Loan Program.
Support for Professional Learning Office with:
Student-teacher placement and support.
Professional development for all staff, both classified and certified.
Instructional coaches support.
Track related attendance and certifications.
Coordinate with necessary departments to ensure all staff are in compliance with required annual trainings.
Provide general office support for the Teaching and Learning team, including but not limited to
Calendar management.
