Recommend safety equipment to reduce workplace injuries.
Responsible for all new hires to ensure safety orientation is performed.
Conduct Job Hazard Analysis.
Maintain forklift certification records and keep up to date.
Coordinate with HR on HEP B vaccination for all first responders at time of assignment.
Work with Human Resources and EHS Manager to implement safety procedures.
Partner with quality and procurement for all incoming chemicals and ingredients.
Review Safety Data Sheets for all incoming ingredients and chemicals, and ensure they are entered into a system for accessibility.
Maintain all Safety supplies (including but not limited to), PPE, First Aid Kits, AEDs with respective vendor accounts and third parties.
Facilitate HAZ/COM training for all employees at hire and as needed when new chemicals are introduced.
Establish and lead Safety Committee meetings.
Assist in leading mandatory evacuation training to include drills, fire extinguisher training and first aid training.
Work with managers on their needs for training, cross training to ensure employees are trained on their respective equipment and processes.
Maintain a list of safety/environmental improvement projects to drive injuries and incidents to zero including zero environmental non-compliance issues.

Work Experience Requirements:

As a Burn Boot Camp Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering dynamic and challenging workouts to clients of all fitness levels. This position requires a strong ability to engage and motivate multiple clients at a time and provide a positive community for change. A Burn Boot Camp trainer focuses on lifestyle, including mindset, nutrition, strength and burst (HIIT) training, all creating an inviting environment of support that exceeds client expectations. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Training camps - Lead and motivate clients of all backgrounds through intense and safe training sessions
Personal training in a group setting - Ability to engage multiple clients in workouts while offering a personal experience
Fitness consultations- Facilitate client success, tracking, uphold client attendance and accountability
Excellent customer service - Add more value to our members by providing genuine interaction, empathetic engagement, and consistent devotion to your goals and theirs!
Knowledge - Possess the skills and ability to conduct and communicate safe and effective exercises for clients of all backgrounds and experience levels

QUALIFICATIONS
Certified Personal Training certification (NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM, NSCA) OR 4-year Exercise Science degree with no gap in experience
CPR/AED certified
1+ year experience in personal training or coaching

Ability to work and train clients of all ages and fitness backgrounds
Strong communication skills

Must be coachable
