PRSM (Preventing and Responding to Sexual Misconduct) is a peer leadership program that provides meaningful prevention education on sexual misconduct and gender-based discrimination and harassment to Oberlin College students. Students selected for the position will facilitate Consent 101 and Bystander Intervention workshops for first-year and transfer students, and Consent 301 workshops for juniors. The students in this position will also work together under the guidance of the Office for Institutional Equity to develop curriculum for new workshops, and to develop awareness programming for Consent Month in April each year.
There are up to 6 openings for this position, and students who are chosen will be part of a collaborative team of trainers who work closely with each other and the Office for Institutional Equity. Creative and enthusiastic students who have an interest or experience in peer education are encouraged to apply, though experience as a peer sex ed instructor is not required. We look for responsible, self-motivated, reliable, humble, and thoughtful people from a broad range of communities on campus and from all class years. Successful applicants have demonstrated experience working within a group, aren't afraid to learn, understand and practice our consent policies, feel comfortable talking with others about what they know, and may already have some experience speaking to large groups or leading their peers. Summary: Serves as the primary trainer for frontline staff. Responsible for developing and delivering training programs to new and existing employees ensuring they have the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their roles effectively. Strong understanding of bank policies and procedures, operations, and regulations. Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for teaching and development.

Serves as the primary trainer for frontline staff.
Develop and implement comprehensive training programs including new hire orientation, ongoing training and specialized training sessions.
Conducts ongoing training sessions using a variety of methods such as instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on activities.
Provides one-on-one coaching and support to employees as needed.
Works collaboratively with Retail and Project Team towards implementation of automation and system updates.
Provides excellent support to banking center staff by answering training related questions.
Serves as the primary contact for banking center trainers.
Stays up to date on and has a working knowledge of banking regulations, products, and services to ensure training content is current and relevant.
Meets regularly with the Training Department to discuss best practices, improve training methods, and ensure consistency across all aspects of the organization.
Maintains accurate training records within the CSB Learning Management System
Collaborates with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop customer training solutions.
Training needs are in a state of perpetual identification and change. This individual must be comfortable with, and adept at, adjusting to changing content of materials, concepts, and even job assignments within reasonable capacity.
Demonstrates a commitment to CSB's vision, mission, and core values and seeks to align one's behavior in such a way that gives these foundational principles the best chance at becoming a reality.
Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, relevant four-year college degree preferred; a minimum of five years' experience as a CSR, CSR II, and/or Personal Banker required with preference given to prior experience as a trainer, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and energetic TOCA Trainer for the TOCA Soccer Training Facility who will be responsible for teaching soccer skills, fostering a love for the game, and promoting sportsmanship in a technology-enhanced environment. TOCA Training is a first of its kind, technology backed training program. Each time we introduce a new customer to TOCA Training, we dramatically change the trajectory of their performance. Our unique methodology focuses on repetition, and improving players' technical and decision making abilities, driving results faster than any other soccer training available. The Touch Trainer is at the center of the training method, allowing players to receive consistent, high quality repetitions using our smaller TOCA ball. Each session is part of a more extensive Player Pathway curated to the player's needs and run by our engaging TOCA trainers. Role Scope & Responsibilities:
Follow the monthly Trainer Business Plan to increase sessions and client base.
Create awesome training experiences to retain and grow your existing client base.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with players, parents, and coaches.
Meet with the TOCA Training Manager monthly to track month-to-date performance and forecast weekly program commitments.
Partner with TOCA Training Manager in following- up with dropped clients to identify any trends contributing to turnover.
Participate in a specific plan to “Win Back” past clients from previous seasons.
Utilize TOCA Training Methodology and technology to create a tailored plan for each client.
Incorporate Player Pathways designed to the players needs and development.
Develop an instructional evaluation process for new and existing clients
Present Baseline Session Data to clients for effective conversion and long-term player development.
Tailor TOCA Training Plans to meet the needs and long-term development of the player.
Uphold our service commitment to maintain a clean and clutter-free, friendly and outgoing, well-maintained, and visually appealing environment.
Collaborate with the TOCA Training Manager to review and develop a plan for guest and client recovery.
Model TOCA training standards through session quality, client pathways, and experience reviews.
Create an active, energetic, and engaging environment with clients and teammate.
Adhere to safety protocols and facility policies.
Participate in ongoing trainer education and experience improvements and rollouts.
