The receptionist team manages visitor registration and meeting logistics as well as serving as the first point of contact for all general inquiries, as well as additional administrative tasks. The role is highly customer service oriented, and no two days are the same. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 + years of corporate reception experience within a corporate setting. The ideal candidate is savvy and knows how to prioritize, can anticipate needs, and doesn't need to ask a lot of questions. Essentially someone autonomous who knows what to do without being told and can hit the ground running once put on an assignment.
