The Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Training Specialist is responsible for the development, coordination and leading various training programs. Implementation Training What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire an Implementation Trainer within our Corporate Payments division. This position falls under our Corpay Payables line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and managing comprehensive training programs. The focus will be primarily oriented towards building and enhancing the skills and knowledge of our internal Implementations staff members (75%) with some training design and delivery to external clients onboarding with Corpay (25%). Implementation Training What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire an Implementation Trainer within our Corporate Payments division. This position falls under our Corpay Payables line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and managing comprehensive training programs. The focus will be primarily oriented towards building and enhancing the skills and knowledge of our internal Implementations staff members (75%) with some training design and delivery to external clients onboarding with Corpay (25%). This role is critical to shifting our implementations team from being functionally focused (by-product) to a more fungible set of team members capable of supporting volumes that vary by product over time. Seeking a candidate who ideally has 3-5 years of owning or directly contributing to the delivery of training (onboarding, cross training, etc.) to internal professional staff with both at-scale (repeatable) and more bespoke training. Organization & Communication: Proven ability to communicate effectively across varying levels of internal and external parties and stakeholders. Detail-oriented, independent, resourceful, and solution-oriented. Technical Proficiency: High-level skills in Microsoft Office, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Lessonly, relevant applications for content creation, etc. Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking, with the ability to assess situations, develop solutions, and make strategic decisions to benefit the organization.
