The Training Specialist will facilitate technology-based learning solutions on-site to a diverse audience using technical labs, videoconferencing, and other tools. The Training Specialist will apply adult learning principles, performance management methodologies, effective facilitation concepts, and successful classroom management skills to assess and improve learners' performance. This person will collaborate daily with instructional designers, subject matter experts, administrators, coordinators, and others on learning solutions and learner support mechanisms. This role reports to the Senior Director, Learning and Development Strategy, and will take daily project direction from the Senior Instructional Designer or the project lead. The Network Trainer is responsible for executing all training and development programs throughout the network, to include development and facilitation of Dunkin' Donuts and/or Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin- Robbins combo restaurants systems and sad, new product roll-outs, food safety and any programs specific to the Franchisee network. They maintain communication with the Franchisee and the Franchisee's Leadership Team to ensure Managers and Crew are executing standards and procedures in the restaurants. Partner with the Franchisee Leadership Team to identify and develop internal candidates and succession planning.
