The Buyer/Planner primary responsibility is to identify inefficiencies and improve process or deficiencies in our supply chain and production planning departments. Troubleshoot and improve our incoming supply to ensure the plant(s) have the right parts in the right place and quantity, at the right time.
Balancing on-hand inventory, incoming supply and production scheduling, this role will maintain and improve the plant's throughput, on-time delivery performance by ensuring material availability, timely scheduling of customer demand and stock inventory build planning. This role will also play a critical role in managing inventory projects, storage/space utilization and capacity planning.
This role requires an analytical mind and a strong business acumen. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, planning, preferably in an OEM Manufacturing environment.
The goal is to transform our supply chain into a world class, domestically focused supply chain in terms of quality, timing, security, and cost competitiveness.
Responsibilities for Operations/Supply Chain Analyst
Establish and implement a Supplier Score Card that captures empirical data for supplier assessment, improvement, development, and/or replacement.
Analyze demand trends and make recommendations on stock build planning for finished and sub-component builds.
Communicate risks identified through analysis related to inventory and schedule planning and propose mitigation options.
Identify, assess, and vet potential new suppliers. Benchmark current supply chain to ensure competitiveness on quality, cost, technology, and timing. Research competitive sources for security of supply.
Support the Quality Assurance Team in the transactional efforts for returning and resolving defective components, including DMR, SCAR, and process management.
Engage the supply chain on Continuous Improvement opportunities, ideas, and projects.
Work with the supply chain to improve on-time delivery and enable more frequent inventory turns.
Maintain a friendly and professional relationship with suppliers, while maintaining accountability and competitiveness.
Lead efforts to assure our supply chain is as Domestic as is possible, including understanding and mapping 2nd and 3rd tier sub-sourcing.
Seek to improve all aspects of the supply chain by reviewing current methodology and processes and presenting solutions to improve efficiencies.
Qualifications for Operations/Supply Chain Analyst
Experience analyzing and improving supply chain performance at an OEM level
Supply Chain/Planning Management certification is preferred, or equivalent combination of experience.
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma strongly preferred.
Previous experience with supply chain processes in a manufacturing environment required.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills required. EPICOR ERP experience desired, but not required.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and communication are required in this role.
A strong understanding of global supply chains, markets, and trends in supply/planning and materials management.
Strong research and analytics skills/experience

JOB SUMMARY
To maintain the sterile field in the operating room, being constantly vigilant to see that proper aseptic techniques are utilized to prevent contamination and infection. To assist the surgical team as the sterile member who passes instruments, sutures and sponges during surgery. Provides care for patients and families as delegated by the nurse in accordance with the appropriate minimum standard of care. Prepares and sterilizes all equipment used within the operating room and gastroenterology room. Assists MD and RN with gastroenterology procedures and assists RN with pre and post procedure tasks as delegated.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Before an operation, this person will help set up the operating room and organize sterile tables with surgical instruments and equipment, sterile linens and sterile solutions.
Prepares gastroenterology room for procedure.
Checks, audits, and operates equipment such as lights, suction machines, electrosurgical units, diagnostic equipment, orthopedic, and endoscopy equipment.
Performs decontamination, sterilization, and repackaging of supplies used throughout the hospital. Sterilization equipment includes but is not limited to autoclaves, washer disinfectors, ultrasonic, and Sterrad.
Processes all used equipment daily.
Checks all supplies used for proof of sterilization.
Notifies manager or CS Coordinator of equipment maintenance needs.
Scrubs hands and arms, puts on sterile operating room attire to be able to work within the sterile field established around the patient and to handle the sterilized instruments, equipment and supplies used in the procedure.
Anticipates the needs of the surgeon.
Holds retractors, cuts suture, and applies dressings as directed.
Cleans and restocks the operating room and gastroenterology room.
Orders supplies.
Assists with performing gastroenterology procedures.
Obtains specimens.
Assists RN and physician as needed.
Provides age-appropriate care for all age groups.
Anticipates potential adverse changes in patient care and notifies RN.

REQUIREMENTS
Completion of an accredited Surgical Tech program with eligibility to obtain certification is required.
Sterile processing technician certification within one year of hire required.

Position Summary:
Driving a tractor trailer long-distance between terminal locations to pick up and drop off freight.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
• Drive a commercial vehicle safely while transporting freight between terminals.
• Load and unload trailer, either individually or with assistance of dockworkers. Mechanic freight handling equipment may be used where available and appropriate.
• Perform frequent lifting, pulling, pushing and carrying of freight.
• Securing of freight may be required through strapping or other methods.
• Inspect the vehicle for defects and safe operating conditions as required by law and company policy.
• Comply with all Federal requirements regarding the transportation of hazardous materials.
• Drive tractor-trailer in all conditions in accordance with Federal regulations, normally in periods of driving within hours of service limitations, followed by an off-duty period as required by regulatory requirements.
• Maintain records required for compliance with State and Federal regulations, including driver's logs and other records required by law.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
• A minimum age of 23.
• A minimum of 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
• All drivers must pass a road test administered by a Dohrn Transfer Driver Trainer.
• All drivers must possess, or obtain within the required time period, and maintain Hazardous Material and Tanker endorsements on their current valid driver's license issued by the resident state in which they reside.
• All drivers are to possess only one valid driver's license (CDL) issued by the resident state of the driver. Operators who have recently transferred from another state must produce a copy of the former license or provide license information for verification from that state. Drivers will need to provide information on all licenses held within the previous 36 months.
• No record of citation or conviction of any DUI / OWI or Reckless Driving within the previous 5 years.
• Must have and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Must pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination and functional screen.
• Must consent to a pre-employment drug screen. Dohrn Transfer must receive a negative result.
• Dohrn Transfer must receive a negative controlled substances and alcohol result from prior employer(s) for the past three-year period. No prior evidence of controlled substance use.
