Foster and maintain strong working relationships with both clients and ATC personnel. Receive initial and ongoing training to stay current on protocols and procedures. Gain familiarity with underground storage tank remote monitoring software and equipment. Adhere to ATC's health and safety policies and procedures. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of customer service experience in an office environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Adaptability to switch tasks frequently while maintaining accuracy. CNA - Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides assistance with essential activities of daily living and personal care to residents based on age, needs and abilities of the resident, including bathing, dressing and undressing, ambulating, toileting, assistance with meals and nourishment's, personal hygiene (shaving, dental hygiene, nail, hair and foot care), transferring using proper body mechanics and appropriate assistive devices and care of ADL devices such as eyeglasses and hearing aids.
