Pros of working at TMI Hospitality

I've worked under TMI in the past, and they ARE wonderful to work for. They treat their employees not as workers, but rather like another family member. They offer great incentives while working at any of their dozens of locations. If you get the chance to get a job through TMI, take it. You won't regret it, I promise.
