The Field Service Technician will be responsible for overdelivering on the internal and external customer experience at our service locations. The ideal candidate will possess the technical acumen and the ability to provide a strong level of customer service. Contract Duration: 6-Month Contract with the opportunity for extension Required Skills & Experience Level 2 Technician: 2-4 years of experience in an automotive specific environment with exposure to various repairs (usually an independent shop, or dealership -not only oil changes, or tires); automotive training preferred HS Diploma or GED preferred Graduated from an accredited automotive repair school preferred One year experience working in an automotive repair shop preferred Proficient in using hand tools and power tools Ability to drive non-commercial truck and trailer preferred Must be available for a regular schedule of 40 hours a week, including weekends and holidays, according to business need.
