This Pharmacist / Pharmacy Manager is a key position that has a substantial impact with our consumers and clinic partners by partnering and advising both on our pharmaceutical care services and benefits. This individual is responsible for the financial, clinical and quality for pharmacy services and will oversee the daily operations of a pharmacy including dispensing prescription medication and spending one-on-one time with the consumers. Primary Responsibilities:
Creates a great consumer and clinic partner experience and continually builds solid relationships with both groups to proactively meet their needs
Serves as an expert to the clinical staff and proactively meets with their team on meeting their clinical outcomes
Counsels and educates patients on the usage of medications, adverse effects, schedules and any personal questions from the consumers
Ensures the pharmacy and team members follow policies and standards in accordance with state and federal laws
Performs wellness services such as immunizations, flu shots and other preventive services
Responsible for financial profitability and identifies opportunities to drive growth in the pharmacy
Motivates, develops and coaches all pharmacy staff to ensure they are meeting their potential and delivering exceptional service
Creates an engaging team environment which promotes compassion and models our core values and culture amongst the team
Proactively promotes opportunities and recruiting top talent at our pharmacies
Reviews key performance indicators with pharmacy staff and identifies trends and opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
Current pharmacist license in the state of Oregon or willing to apply for one asap if hired
Certified immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 3 months of hire

The salary range for this role is $106,800 to $194,200 annually based on full-time employment. Starting Pay: Base pay for this skilled position will start at $42.00 to $46.00 per hour. People with significant knowledge and experience may come in at a higher level. Pay Differential: This is a Swing Shift Position, meaning that you will earn another $1.50 per hour in shift differential over your negotiated base pay.
Overtime: This position is eligible for Overtime at time and a half.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide preventive and predictive maintenance of the electrical distribution system
• Interpret drawings, schematics, blueprints, specifications, codes, ordinances and other documentation of equipment and systems within the plant

DESCRIPTION
The Family Support Partner Supervisor, under the supervision of the Clinical Director or the Clinical Manager, is responsible for the day to day oversight of assigned Family Support Partners within the Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS) Program. This position will identify as a current or previous parent/primary caregiver who is raising/ raised a child with complex mental health, behavioral health, or addiction challenges and navigated multiple child and family serving systems because of the child's complex needs.
The Family Support Partner Supervisor plans, assigns, directs and reviews the clinical work of Family Support Partners. They ensure that the relevant Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR's) are adhered to, monitor quality assurance, and develops and monitors treatment protocols within the Peer Support Program. In addition, this position will carry a caseload and provide peer counseling and consultation to individuals, families and other staff as needed. They will also provide rehabilitation and support functions as needed.
The Family Support Partner Supervisor will provide culturally competent and appropriate behavioral health treatment to people served by Community Counseling Solutions. The position provides the treatment in accordance with the Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR's) and the mission and values of CCS. The position works closely with other involved community partners and is professional in all aspects of service delivery. Additionally, this position assists administration in meeting the behavioral health needs of the community.

Depending upon location, this position is supervised by the Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Director or Site Manager.

This position supervises all assigned Family Support Partners within CCS MRSS program.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide supervision and oversight on a daily and regular basis to assigned Family Support Specialists. Ensure that care is of the highest standard and consistent with CCS philosophy and policy.
• Provide peer counseling and support, drawing on common experiences as a peer, validate clients' experiences and to provide guidance and encouragement to client to take responsibility and actively participate in their own recovery; serve as a mentor to clients to promote hope and empowerment.
• Collaborate with team members on organization and program goals.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new Peer Support Specialist staff.
• Ensure that all paperwork by Peer Support staff is completed in a professional and timely manner and provide supervision when the goal is not being met.
• Help clients and family members identify, understand, and combat stigma and discrimination associated with mental illness and develop strategies to reduce self -stigma. Increase awareness of and support client and family participation in consumer self-help services and programs.
• When requested, participate in clinical meetings to discuss client progress and goals.
• Participate as requested in clinical supervision.
• Provide support to clients who are in crisis by spending time with them in their home or while at an emergency room or office setting. Provide peer support services, working in tandem with clinicians, until the crisis is resolved or alternative placement options are secure.
• Provide transportation to clients when clinically recommended to assist client in access to services.
• Provide case management type services to children, adults, and families.
• Actively participate in joint case planning and coordination with agency employees and relevant agency contractors. Act as a liaison between clients and other agencies. Act as a client advocate when appropriate.
• Actively participate in group and individual supervision sessions.
• Work with other staff and community representatives to initiate new programs, reviews, evaluates and revises existing programs as necessary.
• Perform joint case planning and coordination in areas of behavioral health with other community agencies including but not limited to: schools, group homes, police organizations, district attorney's offices, courts, community clinics and hospitals and other agencies in the Department of Human Services.
• Complete all paperwork in a way that is professional, clinically sound and timely as prescribed by the OAR's and other pertinent guidelines. Required to ensure that all paperwork is present, and/or the client record is well maintained.
• Attend trainings, meetings, conferences, etc. as directed by administration and use the information gathered to benefit the agency and the customers.
• Assist other clinicians in the facilitation of groups as requested.
• Utilize agency software/computer systems to prepare current client records of treatment and reports as necessary and required.
• Must report all abuse to appropriate legal office, complete all necessary paperwork and investigations, and develop safety plans as required.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and/or Experience
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in social work, psychology or other human service related field is required, or a high school diploma and three years of equivalent training and work experience; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Certifications
This individual will be certified as a Traditional Healthcare Worker (THW) in Family Support and as a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA).

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Community Corrections, also referred to as the Adult Parole & Probation Department is a division of the Tillamook County Sheriff's Office. Community Corrections provides supervision, services and sanctions to approximately 280 felony and selected misdemeanor offenders being supervised on Parole, Probation, Post Prison Supervision of other related release status. Risk/Needs assessments are conducted, and referrals made to community partners for specialized services.
For non-resident offenders, the division facilitates the offenders return to their county or state of residence. The division also manages a system of structured sanctions for offenders engaged in non-compliant behavior.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
To promote enforcement of the law by improving competence of police officers, parole and probation officers and corrections officers, the Board on Police Standards and Training establishes 1) training standards for physical, emotional, intellectual and moral fitness, and 2) reasonable minimum training for all levels of career development, basic through advances certifications. Furthermore, all appropriate employees are required to participate in mandatory department training in areas of new law updates, physical fitness and firearms.
Minimum standards for employment as a law enforcement officer, as well as experience and training requirements for certification levels, are established in the Board of Public Safety Standards and Training Act, ORS 181.610-690, and reprinted in the Department of Public Safety Standards and Training Policy and Procedures Manual.
Minimum standards are:
Must be a U.S. citizen;
At least 21 years of age;
No convictions by any State or Federal government of a crime punishable by imprisonment in State or Federal prison;
Good moral character as determined through background investigation;
Pass a physical and psychological examination by a licensed physician and/or psychologist;
Possession of a high school diploma or GED certificate;
Driving record must be free of convictions for hazardous moving violations within the previous three years;
Possess and maintain a valid Oregon driver's license;
Must pass the POST (Police Officer Selection Test); and
Within one year of employment, must possess a basic parole and probation certification from the Department of Public Safety Standards and Training (DPSST).
Tillamook County Qualifications: Preferred experience in community corrections and/or some college coursework in law enforcement OR satisfactory combination of education, experience and training. Within one year of employment, must possess basic certificate issued by the Board of Public Safety Standards and Training.

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
This classification works under the direction of the Community Corrections Lieutenant. Recurring routine assignments are independently performed by the employee. The employee receives general instructions regarding the scope and approach to projects or assignments, but procedures and problem resolution are left to employee discretion and interpretation. Employee estimates and manages time efficiently. Work is reviewed periodically to ensure determinations and decisions made are in compliance to department policy and procedures.
Work is performed within established department policy, procedure, and directives; Federal, State, County and local statutes, rules, regulations and ordinances; court rulings; DPSST reference manuals; accepted procedures within parole and probation profession. Employee must remain current on guidelines and uses considerable judgement in interpreting laws or guidelines and determining which to enforce, then follows procedures and laws closely due to nature of work.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed in an office environment and in the field which involves everyday risks and discomforts and sometimes adverse weather conditions requiring safety precautions. Field assignments may require physical demands of climbing and walking rough terrain, climbing stairs, jumping, lifting up to 100 pounds, running and possibly apprehending and restraining violent people. Requires color identification, gripping with hands and fingers, hearing alarms and voice conversation, and keyboarding. A substantial amount of daily driving is involved. Able to demonstrate proficiency firearms and use of defensive tactics to adhere to agency policies.

Submit your passing FrontLine National Exam VIDEO through National Testing Network (NTN). If you have not taken the test log onto ******************************* select Law Enforcement and sign up for Tillamook County Sheriff's Office and register for the ORPAT separately.
