**Job Description:**
We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Examiner specializing in welding to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring product quality and reliability by conducting thorough weld inspections, performing tests, analyzing product specifications, and documenting results throughout our product development and manufacturing processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Conduct routine and specialized analyses of materials at various stages, including in-process materials, raw materials, and finished goods.
+ Inspect welds and evaluate welding processes to ensure adherence to applicable codes and specifications.
+ Interpret test results, compare data against established specifications and control limits, and recommend product release as appropriate.
+ Review and assess test reports and process control data to verify product compliance with quality standards.
+ Coordinate, collaborate, and interact with clients' 3rd party inspectors, and jurisdictional inspectors in high-profile, high-pressure situations.
+ Identify testing tools, welding and mechanical equipment issues, perform minor repairs, and conduct routine maintenance as required.
+ Monitor testing procedures to ensure compliance with established protocols.
+ Inspect final products, compare with specifications, and document outcomes.
+ Collaborate with the production team to coordinate and implement quality control measures and take corrective action as necessary.
**Requirements:**
+ AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification.
+ Experience in industrial construction environments, especially those with hygienic systems and cleanroom facilities.
+ Experience with Quality Control examinations and non-conformance reporting and corrective action verifications.
+ Experience with Mechanical Assembly Verification process.
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience as a welder or welding inspector.
+ Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing methods.
+ Proficiency in documenting high-purity welds.
+ Experience with following, writing, and revising SOPs to complete tasks.
+ Strong MS Office knowledge (particularly Excel) and database systems.
+ Proficiency with measurement tools (e.g., levels, calipers, micrometers, tape measures).
+ Working knowledge and familiarity with AWS Structural and Sheet Metal Welding codes.
+ Experience with ASME piping and pressure vessel codes.
+ Ability to interpret technical product specifications accurately.
+ Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience in biopharmaceutical, semiconductor, and/or power plant piping documentation.
+ Working knowledge and familiarity with AWS Welding Codes.
+ Working familiarity with ASME piping and pressure vessel codes.
+ Experience operating borescopes.
+ Experience with XRF tools for Positive Material Identification (PMI).

Position Overview
This position will help in the design, launch, and implementation of Morgan Autism Center's Adaptive Skills Trainer Program. The Program Director provides day-to-day leadership and strategic direction to ensure the program meets best practice measures and operates in compliance with applicable California laws and regulations (including Title 17).

This position reports directly to Josh Drake, the Executive Director.
Key Responsibilities
In cooperation with the program's stakeholders, establishes, refines and implements the vision and strategy of the adult program

Oversees program budget, planning, development and implementation

Recruit, screen, hire and monitor any Program Consultants
Organizes and monitors the intake and continuing assessment process

Develops, implements and maintains program policies and procedures, ensuring that the program and facilities are in compliance with applicable sections of Title 17 California Code of Regulations and other regulatory obligations
Supports outreach and participates in outreach to local school districts, non public schools, Regional Center case managers, transition fairs and other events to identify potential participants and resources
Qualifications and Employment Requirements:
Master's Degree in one of the following: education, psychology, counseling, nursing, social work, applied behavior analysis, behavioral medicine, speech and language, rehabilitation, marriage and family therapy, or a comparable degree in a human services field. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA ) in good standing preferred.
A minimum of 10 years experience in human services delivery systems, including at least 5 years in the management or supervision of a human services delivery system. At least one year of experience in the design and implementation of adaptive skills training plans.
Excellent written and oral communication skills that are effective with diverse stakeholders
Proven track record in supervision, staff management, provision of services to participants with autism or behavioral health needs
