As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, you will treat a wide variety of mental health conditions that reflect the needs of our diverse patient population. You will quickly build rapport with patients and coordinate care with internal and external providers by forming excellent provider-patient alliances. The Psychologist position is in an outpatient clinical setting where you will interact directly with patients.
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct individual, family or group therapy sessions based on ethical and medical necessity guidelines
Develop and coordinate a clinical treatment program for the diagnosis, treatment, or referral of patients presenting mental health conditions
Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results
Involve patient and/or family in treatment planning as appropriate
Lead crisis intervention methods and provide insight into the development of functional assessments and behavioral intervention plans
Complete clinical documentation according to policy

Required Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted (PhD, PsyD) license in the state of practice
2+ years of experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals, families and groups

Preferred Qualification:
Significant experience evaluating adults and/or children in an outpatient clinical setting
Experience with health psychology
Experience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs)
Knowledge and experience in providing neuropsychological, CBT, and other evidence-based interventions
Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations
Comfortable completing diagnostic assessments, general psychiatric testing, and providing direct therapy in an outpatient clinical setting
Rhode Island Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $88,000 to $173,200 annually. Mobile Crisis Intervention Services serves youth up to age 18 (including 18-year-old high school students) in New London County and Windham County who are experiencing behavioral or emotional crises. Mobile Crisis clinicians respond to homes, schools, or other community locations to develop a safety plan with youth and their family to stabilize the immediate crisis.
When meeting with the youth and their family, Mobile Crisis clinicians complete a comprehensive assessment and coordinate care with any existing providers, as well as make referrals for recommended services as needed. Mobile Crisis clinicians are available for telephone consultations as well if a full assessment is not needed or desired. Mobile Crisis clinicians can provide support to the youth and their family for up to six weeks following the initial intervention to provide a bridge to other services when clinically indicated. Services are available 24/7, 365 days a year.
Essential Responsibilities -
Provide services to youth up to age 18 (including 18-year-old high school students) and their families in community settings, which includes, but is not limited to schools, homes, and hospitals.

Physical Therapist
Summary:
Provides physical therapy and related services for patients while maintaining positive levels of interaction with facilities and clients in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within Reliant Rehabilitation guidelines. Provides quality patient care including screening and evaluation of patients, development of initial and ongoing treatment plans of care, discharge plan, supervision of assistants and Rehab Techs, and case management responsibilities. Maintains professional conduct that represents Reliant Rehabilitation's commitment to quality and service in all interactions with clients, including positive levels of interaction and rapport with facilities and clients. Adheres to all state and federal regulations regarding physical therapy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Optimize the functionality and skills of patients by providing, directing, and/or overseeing physical therapy
Provide consultation and clinical supervision to PTAs.
Directly supervise PTA and Rehab Tech in skilled tasks during group and individual treatment in a manner that promotes efficient and effective utilization of resources and facilitates the ongoing development of clinical skills in accordance with State Practice Acts, Omnibus Reconciliation Act (OBRA), and Reliant Rehabilitation policy.
Build a strong physical therapy program
Enhance clinical expertise, professional and management skills through interaction with managers, therapists and other professional staff, self-study, and other continuing education activities.
Maintain a valid state license. Maintain awareness of issues related to the profession of physical therapy and the health care environment.
Understands various relevant payment models related to billing and treatment guidelines, as well as clinically appropriate means/modes of delivery. Provide quality care as well as reasonable goals and outcomes within the guidelines.
Be compliant with infection control procedures and environmental safety protocol within a facility.
Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend in English: instructions, correspondence, charts, memos, and reports
Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
A graduate of an APTA accredited school of physical therapy
Computer Skills:
Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation
Basic Internet navigation skills
