Summary Description The Social Worker is responsible to facilitate care along a continuum through effective resource coordination to help patients achieve optimal health, access to care and appropriate utilization of resources, balanced with the patient's resources and right to self-determination. The Children's COP SUD Therapist is responsible for maintaining a caseload consisting of children, adolescents and families, with a primary substance abuse and/or mental health diagnosis. The therapist is responsible for collaborating with professional team members both from TGC as well as other providers or systems to integrate service delivery. The COP SUD therapist is required to conduct intake assessments, to maintain the case record in a timely fashion, to complete authorizations with various funding sources in a timely manner as required, and to conduct appropriate treatment services based on medical necessity. Full-time staff must work 37.5 hours per week, including a minimum of 4 hours per week after 5:00 pm. Specific Responsibilities include: 1. You will assess the needs of individual staff members or teams and assist them in choosing behaviors that encourage personal wellness. Issues the resiliency counselor may address include; crisis and risk management, the use of resiliency skills, mood disturbances, social support and connection, and increased resiliency within the workplace. Roles and Responsibilities: -Conducting individual counseling sessions -Running skills groups to teach healthy coping skills and resiliency -Managing Crisis/Emergency situations -Implementing outreach initiatives to promote positive mental health -Coordinating care services with professionals in the community to optimize resources and connections for TaskUs staff. -Designing individualized wellness programs and performing periodic evaluations to ensure program effectiveness. -Collecting and reporting data for the purpose of program evaluation. -Leads or co-leads projects or activities assigned by the Wellness & Resiliency leadership team. -Attends activities and completes development programs and training sessions required by the department or company. -Other duties as assigned. Technical Skills and Qualifications: -Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Forms, etc) -Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting -Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Meets, etc) Requirements: Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Mental Health, Social Work, or a similar field. Fully licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, Licensed Psychologist) professional practitioner. Three years of post-licensure experience in counseling including individual, group, and crisis management services. The Faith Based Mental Health Therapist functions under the supervision of the Director of Behavioral Health and is responsible for providing outpatient clinical services and needed related services for clients who are requesting Catholic based counseling services. This position may include the provision of individual, family and marital counseling, group therapy, didactic programming and parent programming. The Faith Based Mental Health Therapist is responsible to ensure the provision of high quality clinical and related services who will, where appropriate, ground the interventions and desired outcomes in Catholic values, as expressed in Scripture, in the Catechism, and elsewhere in teachings of the Catholic Church. This position will work, where appropriate, in a consultative relationship with a deacon and/or spiritual director to include Catholic spirituality in treating the whole person. These duties also include proper clinical documentation and treatment planning for the purposes of compliance with accreditation and licensing and CCSEM policy and procedures.
