About the Position
We have an opening for a Residential Therapist to provide on-site clinical services for our Columbia Rose RTF and Willamette Rose RTF programs in Portland, Oregon. This position provides clinical services and supervision for individuals affected by a severe and persistent mental illness in a residential treatment setting. This position requires the ability to assist with training and clinical oversight of the Residential Associates who provide the 24-hour residential support services to the residents. The Residential Therapist will report to the Clinical Manager for day-to-day supervision and work assignments, and be supervised by the ColumbiaCare Clinical Director for clinical standards and quality improvement.
The Residential Therapist position requires the ability to perform a Comprehensive Mental Health Assessment, Assessment Updates and Treatment Plan. The Residential Therapist will also provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers. This position will need to be accessible by phone for emergency purposes. In addition, you will receive crisis de-escalation training, which requires performing various physical, hands-on maneuvers and techniques.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Full Time, Day)

Willamette Rose is a 9-bed Residential Treatment Facility (RTF) serving female adults living with a serious mental illness who are stepping down out of higher levels of care, including the State Hospital. 24 hour residential care is provided by trained and caring staff headed by a Registered Nurse. Services meet the residential and behavioral health needs of the selected individuals including, but not limited to psychiatric treatment, individual and group therapy, medication management, skills training, peer support, and supported employment.

This Outpatient Physical Therapist opportunity is per diem and offers a convenient flexible schedule. This dynamic individual will be Responsible for evaluation, planning, directing and administering physical therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician. The FAIS directs the development and implementation of secondary prevention services and provides community behavioral health education and family violence education/prevention training.
Requirements:
Required Education and Experience/Qualifications:
Master's degree from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited school.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker at the independent level with current, unrestricted State license.
Must possess two years' full-time post-master's degree experience (within the last three years) providing clinical counseling services to adults and children experiencing family violence.
Must have experience as a group therapy facilitator or co-leader.
Must be able to obtain privileges at the Military Treatment Facility (MTF).
Must obtain and maintain Basic Life Support Certification (Course C).
Must have transportation and a valid drivers' license.
Technical Skills:

About the Position
We have an opening for a Residential Therapist to provide clinical services on-site for Twin Pines RTF in Central Point, Oregon. This position provides clinical services and supervision for individuals affected by a severe and persistent mental illness in a residential treatment setting. This position requires the ability to assist with training and clinical oversight of the Residential Associates who provide the 24-hour residential support services to the residents. The Residential Therapist will report to the Clinical Manager for day-to-day supervision and work assignments, and be supervised by the ColumbiaCare Clinical Director for clinical standards and quality improvement.
The Residential Therapist position requires the ability to perform a Comprehensive Mental Health Assessment, Assessment Updates and Treatment Plan. The Residential Therapist will also provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers. This position will need to be accessible by phone for emergency purposes. In addition, you will receive crisis de-escalation training, which requires performing various physical, hands-on maneuvers and techniques.

This Inpatient Occupational Therapist opportunity is per diem and offers a convenient flexible schedule. This dynamic individual will be
responsible for the evaluation, planning, directing and administering of occupational therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician. Administers treatments and occupational agents as prescribed by a referring physician in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability. Assists patients to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning, while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Observes and evaluates treatment affect. Recommends change to physician, if needed.
Performs an appropriate assessment on each patient, as related to the therapy requested and provided and reassessments, as per policy. This includes neonate, pediatric, adolescent and geriatric patients and the general adult patient population.
Able to assess patient pain interfering with optimal level of function or participation in rehabilitation - makes appropriate physician contact for intervention.
Formulates a teaching plan based on identified learning needs and evaluates effectiveness of learning; family is included in teaching, as appropriate.

About the Position
We have an opening for a Residential Therapist to provide on-site clinical services for our Columbia Rose RTF and Willamette Rose RTF programs in Portland, Oregon. This position provides clinical services and supervision for individuals affected by a severe and persistent mental illness in a residential treatment setting. This position requires the ability to assist with training and clinical oversight of the Residential Associates who provide the 24-hour residential support services to the residents. The Residential Therapist will report to the Clinical Manager for day-to-day supervision and work assignments, and be supervised by the ColumbiaCare Clinical Director for clinical standards and quality improvement.
The Residential Therapist position requires the ability to perform a Comprehensive Mental Health Assessment, Assessment Updates and Treatment Plan. The Residential Therapist will also provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers. This position will need to be accessible by phone for emergency purposes. In addition, you will receive crisis de-escalation training, which requires performing various physical, hands-on maneuvers and techniques.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Full Time, Day)

$6,250 - $7,250 per month DOE/Credentials.
Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).

Columbia Rose is a 9-bed Residential Treatment Facility (RTF) serving adults living with a serious mental illness, Residential care is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by trained and caring staff headed by a registered nurse and a Qualified Mental Health Professional.
Willamette Rose is a 9-bed Residential Treatment Facility (RTF) serving female adults living with a serious mental illness who are stepping down out of higher levels of care, including the State Hospital. 24 hour residential care is provided by trained and caring staff headed by a Registered Nurse. Services meet the residential and behavioral health needs of the selected individuals including, but not limited to psychiatric treatment, individual and group therapy, medication management, skills training, peer support, and supported employment.
ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.
What You'll Need
Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration. Eligibility requires:
Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
Unlicensed Therapists MUST be actively seeking or willing to obtain licensure.
MUST also meet OAR requirement for QMHP by having completed TWO (2) YEARS of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting.
If not already registered as a QMHP through the Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO), we will assist you in registering within 30 days of hire.
Successful applicants MUST have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to frequently sit, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers.
