The Behavioral Health Technician is responsible for the observation and monitoring of patients in treatment and reporting duties as indicated and contributes to the welfare of the organization and assists patients in a variety of patient activities. About the Rehabilitation Department: Specialty services include Aquatic therapy, Pelvic Floor therapy, Parkinson's PWR/SpeakOUT!, hand therapy, orthopedics, and neurological services (typically offered to those 18 years of age and older). Department hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5pm and as needed to support acute care Parrish Medical Center hospital rehab staff.

Department: Parrish Medical Center Worker Category: Full time Occupational Therapist - Full time Parrish Medical Center Titusville, FL As a full time, 40 hour per week, exempt Occupational Therapist with CPS Solutions, LLC Rehabilitation Services team at Parrish Medical Center, you will evaluate and develop rehabilitation goals to increase self-care and instrumental activities of daily living for inpatients and outpatients with identified mental, developmental, or physical disabilities. Duties include evaluations; communication with patients, family members, and rehabilitation medical team members on a collaborative plan of care; and establishment of goals to enhance independence with activities of daily living in a safe, effective and reliable manner. Knowledge of computer-based documentation is a must. This position may also work at other affiliated locations as needed.
Schedule: This full time, exempt position is scheduled to work 40 hours per week, weekday shifts Monday through Friday between 8am - 4:30pm.
Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000 based on experience
About the Facility: Parrish Healthcare Center in Port St. John, is an outpatient facility offering Endocrinology, Family Practice, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Rehabilitation and Sports Medicine, Podiatry and Orthopedic Surgery, as well as Urgent Care services. CPS Solutions LLC has partnered with the hospital through its division CPS Rehabilitation Services to manage the day to day operations of the rehabilitation department. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.
About the Rehabilitation Department: Specialty services include Vestibular Rehab and hand therapy to those who are 18 year of age and older. Department hours are Monday-Friday from 7:00am-4:00pm and as needed to provide support for Parrish Medical Center outpatient services.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required, Masters's degree preferred
Florida Occupational Therapist license in good standing
At least one year of outpatient work experience preferred
Hospital Requirements:
(PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months
(MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving immunity
(Flu) Influenza-acceptance or declination for hires between Oct 1st-April 30th
Respirator FIT Mask Test - Onsite
