ABA Therapist (Behavior Technician) Title: Behavior Technician/ ABA Therapist FLSA: Non-exempt Department: ABA Supervisor: Board Certified Behavior Analyst The Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist provides Applied Behavior Analysis therapy directly to patients between the ages of 2-8 years old who have a diagnosis of Autism or a related disorder. Therapy is conducted 1:1 or in small groups in an in-home setting or community-based setting to address interventions related to communication, socialization and skills to reduce problematic behaviors. The Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist is supervised and trained by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Ongoing training and supervision is provided, and all Behavior Technicians/ABA Therapist are required to obtain and maintain their credential as a Registered Behavior Technician.
