Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, speech and hearing services, child and human development, or related field.
Certification: Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or obtain certification within 90 days of start date. If obtaining a RBT certification within 90-days of start date, must complete and obtain completion certificate for Autism Partnership's 40-hour RBT Training Course prior to start date.
Experience: Foundational knowledge of child development and applied behavior analysis (ABA), and at least 1 year of experience with individuals with disabilities and/or children.
Preferred Qualifications:
Education: Pursuing a master's degree in ABA.
Experience: Skilled in utilizing de-escalation strategies with patients, has experience with Verbal Behavior and Natural Environment Teaching, is proficient with online data collection systems. Physical Requirements:
Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of positions and postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing, pushing, pulling, squatting, twisting, turning, bending, stooping, reaching overhead) for extended periods of time.
Must be willing and able to implement crisis intervention strategies for patients after training.
Must be able to utilize quick body movements while working with patients.
Ability to lift or move approximately 50 lbs.
Overview:
The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), under the general direction of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), will implement treatment plans for children with autism and other related disorders. They will maintain regular communication with their supervising BCBA and team. Summary:
Provides physical therapy and related services for patients while maintaining positive levels of interaction with facilities and clients in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and within Reliant Rehabilitation guidelines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Summary
The Physical Therapist (“PT”) is responsible for evaluating/assessing the needs of our patients and formulating treatment plans in the home care environment. A PT provides therapy services, including the creation and administration of care plans, as well as oversees physical therapy assistants. A PT must work collaboratively across the internal interdisciplinary care team, physicians, and other stakeholders in our patient's care.
Primary Responsibilities:
Determine physical therapy treatment plans in consultation with the care team and physicians through initial and ongoing assessments of the patient's condition.
Provide and complete all proper documentation.
Administer physical therapy treatments as ordered by a physician. Direct and oversee treatment given by physical therapy assistants.
Evaluate the effects of physical therapy treatments and the fit of prosthetic and orthotic devices by observing, noting, and evaluating patients' progress, and recommending adjustments and modifications.
Complete discharge planning by consulting with the care team and physicians and assure any appropriate continuation of the therapeutic plan post-discharge (e.g., home exercise programs; recommending and / or providing equipment; recommending outpatient follow-up programs).
Participate in weekly case conferences and effectively communicate about patient care across disciplines involved.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience with a preference for 1+ years in an acute or a post-acute care setting.
Active state Physical Therapist licensure
Valid CPR certification
Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities
